Were very accommodating about setting appointment at a time convenient for me. Arrived promptly and were very polite. Explained well the process they would be doing and seemed to work very hard to accomplish the objective. Before starting, I was given a couple additional options to add to the items to be cleaned on the original sign-up, for additionall cost, tho I wasn't pressured. Decided to get them. Showed me a "before and after" picture of one of ducts. Job took about 5 hrs, and I have a modest sized house! Only complaint I have is that they brought a rather heavy, bulky machine into house to do the job, and due to having to maneuver in a couple tight areas, the machine did leave some marks on my hard wood floors that I have been trying to remove, with some effort.

It was a life changing service. Met with Albert on a Monday and the quote process was very smooth. I could tell right away that Albert has a passion for what he does and when you hear the back story on how he formed the company, it makes perfect sense why his work ethic is so strong. We hired Sol's and they came out that Saturday. Albert, his wife, and his daughter spent about 10 hours in our home cleaning the air ducts and 2 A/C & Furnace units. Not only were they courteous and respectful of our home, they were very friendly, dedicated, and openly communicated about their process as well as how our ducts were looking. Before they started, according to the pics taken by Albert, the ductwork upstairs look like it had a layer of snow (due to the previous owner doing drywall work while the A/C was running). It was completely spotless afterwards. And downstairs... OMG! The house we bought was built in 1939 and has probably never had the ductwork cleaned. According to the pics, it literally looked like mounds of really old blown-in insulation in an old attic. But it was in our ductwork! And they found a couple of petrified mice too hanging out in there. I suffer from allergies big time and noticed that I had trouble breathing when we moved in... And after having Sol's clean our air ducts, I can breathe easier and the home literally smells clean and sanitized, which they do sanitize the ductwork at the end of the cleaning. My wife and I are very grateful to Sol's and their attention to detail... even hand-cleaning the A/C fan blades and soaking/sanitizing the vent & return covers. We could not have made a better decision for our health and we are very honored and proud that Sol's performed the work.

It went great! Great communication and quick timing. He cleaned some super dirty carpet and made it look very good. It looked really bad and now it looks very good. I'm not ashamed to show it when I put my house on the market. The dogs had gotten it dirty with muddy paws. Looks basically new again. Thanks Sol!

Sol and his associate arrived right on time and put shoe covers on to enter our home.  Our carpets were really dirty and had some pretty bad stains.  The got all the stains out and left the carpet looking brand new.  They took so much time to make sure they got every corner, they moved furniture and put guards under every piece after they were done.  Our stairs that they cleaned looked brand new.  They were professional, courteous and did the best job I have ever had done in all the years I have had carpets cleaned.  I highly recommend their services and will continue to use them in the future.  <br /> <br /> <br />

The team spent the entire day at the house from initial vacuuming to cleaning and then Scotchgard. The services took all day long to deliver and we were very impressed with the results. They treated the house and carpet as if it was their own.

The drain below my sink was filled with gunk all the way from the basement floor to the basement ceiling. It's a 50-year old house and there had been a buildup over many years. The water draining out was just trickling through 8 feet of accumulated gunk and the gentleman cleaned it out. It was an unbelievably messy job but he did without making a mess. I don't understand how he did such a messy job without making a mess in the basement and without turning himself into a mess. If I had done it myself, I would have made a mess in the basement and I would have immediately needed a bath. I know he did not take a bath because there's no way for him to take a bath with my basement. When he came up out of my basement, he was clean and my basement was clean. He is the best! He charged a reasonable price--it wasn't a bargain but it wasn't too pricey; it was a good price for him for doing hard work. If I have a job that needs to be done and if I already have somebody else who does it, I would call him and ask if that's a job that he can do. Anything that he can do that I needed to be done, I want him doing it.

He and his coworker came for an estimate and were ready to get started as soon as I said yes to the estimate (even though it was late in the day). Their estimate was nice because it included not only some trouble shooting, drying,and clean up. I had another estimate where they said they could do clean up but I would need someone else to put the carpets and get the walls back, etc. I liked that they could do everything all together. They were such hard workers-evenings, weekends,etc. They were very pleasant and professional. Always put on those little booties to protect your home from outside dirt!  You could tell this is a family owned and operated business and they are committed to making it work. The owner was there each time and he answered questions well and I felt he was very honest and trustworthy. He also made comments on some things we could do to help prevent this from happening in the future. The work they did was very thorough. Drying process took a few days and they came regularly to check on the work.  The carpet stains came out and were dried. The walls were cleaned and put back in their original place. Would definitely recommend them! <br />

He came in with a plan and told us exactly what needed to be done and how it would be done. They came in at 7:30 one morning and stayed until 4pm, exactly as he stated. They did a great job and were extremely courteous. I thought the price was fair. They were very responsive and followed up after the service. I was very impressed and will definitely use him again.

We bought a century-old house (3 stories, 1800 sq ft) that had been neglected for a while prior to our purchase. Al from Sol's quoted us a good price and said it would probably take him 3-4 hours with help from an employee. After getting into the project, Al realized that the vents were much dirtier than he thought (some of the dirtiest he's ever seen). He ended up staying for 8 hours with a helper to not only finish the job, but do a thorough job without cutting any corners. They took apart the furnace to clean the coils, took of the heat registers to clean them, made everything look brand new. I was so impressed with their dedication I gave them a little extra money for all of the effort and called Al to come back and do some minor repairs around the house. It's really rare to find people who take such pride in their work. All they asked in return for their extra effort was that I give them some good recommendations, which I am happy to do. I highly recommend Sol's.
