Great! Greg installed Gutters and Guards over 4 years ago. Recently I noticed some leaking, so I called Greg and he come out within days to repair at no charge.

Work was done several years ago. It went well. The color of the gutters matches our existing trim paint color. Received an estimate for covers but decided to wait.

I was really happy with Sol Solutions. They were prompt in coming to assess the cost of installing gutters, and when they realized I needed a little less than I had needed under the terms of the online deal (for a fixed number of feet), they gave me a competitive price for extending the gutters even past the linear amount allowed in the deal, so that we didn't waste any of the deal. Installation was prompt (a few days after the estimate). Since the gutters were installed, they have functioned quite well (I'm writing this about a year later). What's not to like?

Not well at all this company Did not honor the price that was offered in the add & the sales person Chris re-quoted me a higher price which was not at all like the add offered & was worded I cancelled the meeting with this gentleman & informed him I was going to contact Angies List to get a refund I would like to speak with someone at Angie's List to discuss several conversations & text messages I had with him to discuss the false advertising of the AD & his argument why his was not honoring the way the ad was worded & my reasoning David Durbon someone can reach me on my cell phone 214-316-7085

Everything went well from the estimate to the final product. We changed colors at the last minute and they were able to accommodate. We enjoyed meeting one of the owners who did the bid. We had a slight problem with a downspout pointed the wrong direction onto our steps and the second owner himself came out right away and fixed it. Very pleased and I recommend them to others.

Everything went great. A representative came out and talked with us about our options, then looked at all of our windows and gave us a price quote. He explained the timeline, which was accurate in terms how long it would take the windows to come from the factory. Then Greg, the owner, scheduled the two installers, Omar and Pepe, to come out and do the job. They were pleasant and professional, working consistently and diligently from start to finish. They made every effort to coordinate schedules with us, as we wanted to be home during the installation. We are beyond pleased and feel like we have a new house. We had Sol Solutions install gutters over a year ago and were glad to use them again for this job. Greg is a true professional and will make sure that customers are happy with the job, even if he has to come behind and do it himself.

Excellent company. People are very reliable, respond to emails in timely manner. Everyone is very respectful, friendly and preofessional. They have performed an amazing job on my gutters! I strongly recommend this company.

Some minor communication hic-ups aside, the install went well.

They installed while I was away on vacation. I had one issue with a downspout emptying in the wrong location. They came by and "fixed" it, but it was still wrong. Greg followed up with a phone call and when I told him what happened he showed up the same day to get it taken care of himself. Also, I had a tree limb that was in the way of one portion of the gutter and since I was away on vacation instead of waiting to talk to me about it, cutting the limb without my approval, or just leaving the limb where it could damage my beautiful new gutters, they used a very simple, effective, and non-damaging solution to push the limb away from my roofline. That way I could decide what I wanted to do with it when I got home, I was impressed with that! Great company, I'd absolutely do business with them again!

They came to do the estimate, and discovered my job was smaller than their minimum. But they had a special for a certain number of linear feet, and replacing the old gutters and installing larger downspouts around the rear of my home brought it to exactly the minimum, which had a fair price. They did a great job. Completed on time. Gutters work very well.

The work was completed in a day. We are moving into this house soon so will see first-hand how they work. But so far we are pleased.

Workers showed up early, but we were ready for them. Fast install with follow-up by the owner about a part that didn't get sent with installers. Owner showed up with the part, got things fixed, just as it started raining. I loved walking around me house in the rain to appreciate my new gutters. Definitely recommend!

The experience was good. I had played phone tag with the owner for a few days, or the manager. We had a communication barrier with the crew that came out because I didn?t speak Spanish. They spoke some English, but whenever I called the manager, he would call me back. They did a beautiful job. It was rough trying to make sure they understood and I understood everything, but the end product was beautiful.  <br /> <br /> Once they got here, they stayed busy the entire time. They cleaned up after themselves, took everything that they couldn?t fit into a trash can with them.  For instance, the long gutters, they took with them to dispose of them. It didn?t even look like they had even been here and it looked so much prettier. We had a severe storm, I think it was Saturday. I haven?t really been outside, but as far as I know the gutters are still there. They are on the front and they still look great. It something happens, I will be the first to complain.  <br /> <br /> I think, I took the Angie?s List special which was $695. I asked for the leafless gutter, I don?t know how much it was, but that cost extra. It was to keep the leaves from getting in the gutters. They are supposed to bill me for that, but I don?t expect it to be more than $200 or $300, probably a couple of hundred dollars. I was so impressed with the gutters that I had to thank the gutters, for standing all these years; because they took a beating and you could really tell it when the new ones were installed.  <br /> <br /> <br /> Part of the difficulty was catching up with each other. They made the initial contact quickly and then it was 2 weeks before they could come out. Then they got a cancelation and thy showed up, so it was like I had to be very flexible. I felt like I was the one being flexible. He said he would be there around 2:00, and he apologized because they didn?t show up until 4:00, but they were gone by 6:00. There were 4 or 5 guys that they sent out here, so what?s there to complain about. If they had been there until 8:00, I might have been upset. I mean, they just like came out and they were done. I think it was 3 guys and a lady. They have got an ?A? rating as long as the gutters are still there next year.  <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
