I had tried several numbers for handymen and contractors. Most didnt reply when the job was small. Eric at Solveson Brothers came to the house, checked what needed to be done and gave a good price so the company was hired. I really liked the way everyone worked with me, Eric, Jewels. and Antonio. Antonio is a master drywaller, beautiful work! I am extremly satisfied!! I will reccomend this company for quality work and will use them again. Carole Slonaker

Eric and his team were remarkable to work with. They really went above and beyond. We needed some concrete done (the city did some and we hired Solveson to do the remaining) and it looks great. We had a slight miscommunication that I am beyond impressed with how it was handled by Eric. Thank you so much for your great craftsmanship and communication. I look forward to finishing more work with this company in the future. At the moment, this was all the work we could afford. I am so grateful there was also a financing option avaliable to us. We wouldn't have been able to do the work without it.

The project started well, but on the final day, the contractors unexpectedly claimed they made a mistake and demanded an additional $8000, threatening legal action if not paid. I verified Colorado law, which states they had six months to place a lien on our property, requiring notification within three days of doing so, and by registered mail after the lien was placed. We took no action, avoiding reviews or contact. They have since blocked us from their website and emails. Ultimately, they never placed a lien, and the six-month period has passed. Now that everything is resolved, I want to leave a review. While I am satisfied with the project's outcome, I am unhappy with their conduct, including the legal threats and the last-minute demand for more money. His wife, not him, conducted the final walkthrough and provided the warranty and a statement confirming full payment. He even verbally admitted to putting our project on the "back burner" when I questioned the delay.

Solveson builders also painted kitchen cabinets put new countertops sinks faicets on beautiful hand made bathroom cabinets in two bathrooms. Everything turned out beautifull. I was comfortable with all the workers that came. If something neededto be looked at or I had questions Eric got back to me.

The men got in there and started project and finished without any problems. Did a good cleanup job when they were done, I highly recommend Solveson Builders to friends, relatives, or anyone who wants a good job done. Stucco looks fantastic!

Solveson does not finish projects that were started. Also, the work takes him along time--our project was started at the beginning of February and is still not done.

Eric and his crew did a great job. The gazebo is rock solid and beautiful to behold!

Quick and friendly service. I needed two laminate panels replaced and Joel had everything done in an hour and a half. No mess no hassle. Great experience!

Eric was the ONLY person that came to give us an estimate and then actually followed through on what he said he was going to do. We would recommend and use Eric again.

They were very good, work was very professional. Very responsive to my needs and request. I would give a grade of A for top quality work. He even followed up with installing exterior lights for us. They yard fence was also pressure washed and stained. Looks almost new. Work site was very clean after work was completed. I would hire them for any future work.

Solveson Builders took over on a job that was left by a much less reputable company. They got the missing materials and completed the job beautifully and on time! Very customer service oriented!

They understood my delima and we worked out an arrangement that helped both of us. They were kind and professional and I will defininately keep thier business card for future needs. Eric was great to work with. Kept me updates on the status of the order and when he would be over to start work or come by for the estimate. They did a great job on the install, cleaned up when they were done and were very professional and courteous.
