SOMD Pressure Washing did a phenomenal job of cleaning my vinyl siding and my roof (architectural shingle). Van pointed lichen that was starting to grow on my roof (which I had not noticed). The job was done with great care and precision. Items on or near the house were carefully removed and replaced during the power washing. Additionally, they cleaned one lower gutter on my house which had collected quite a bit of dirt to the extent that some weeds were starting to grow in there. The lichen on the roof was killed and removed. Additionally, SOMD Pressure Washing power washed our front porch and front walkway. Their price estimate was the best of many delivered to us. The value for the cost of the cleaning was phenomenal. Van is a great professional and we highly recommend them to any one.

Thank you, super job. I had 3 other companies do the pressure washing over the past 15 yrs… no one did anywhere near the work you did. And so glad you did the roof treatment for mold… I know how the right chemical treatment works better than just blasting with pressure. My white alum gutters are now really white, sunroom windows and skylights sparkle, and the painted white porch pillars and ceiling are bright, mildew gone and no places to paint because to too much pressure. When I walk in the clean front cement sidewalk I just smile, how great it all looks.

The whole job took less than 2 hours; he explained the cleaning formula and took care to cover exterior electric plates, and taped the bottoms of exterior doors. Part of my one-story home is higher on the east end, and I was pleased that he was not intimated, and was confident he could clean the highest part (I had sent 2 photos to be sure). You can't go wrong with this contractor.! *****
