I recently had the exterior of my home painted by Somerset Painting, and I couldn’t be happier. From the initial walkthrough and quote with Rick, to the clear communication and scheduling with Row, to the outstanding work by John and Benny, the entire experience was professional from start to finish. John and Benny explained each step of the process and completed the job with care, precision, and pride in their work. I highly recommend Somerset Painting for any painting needs, and I look forward to having them paint the interior of my home this winter.

Didn't get the job right at first, not professional at all. Didn't clean up after job was done. Didn't cover furniture. Paint dripping all over floor. Half painted area that should of been painted.

All painters were very professional and did an outstanding job. one small issue was noted after they finished, and they are coming back out to take care of it. Definately would use them again.

Nik and his team at Somerset Painting and Home Improvements did an amazing job with my basement and garage remodel (please see photos)! I had never hired a contractor before, so I was somewhat cautious and apprehensive. However, my fears and apprehension were quickly allayed by Nik and his team, who were very professional, efficient, communicated well, and performed all of the work with an attention to detail that exceeded my expectations! All of the subcontractors who worked with Nik at Somerset Painting and Home Improvements, including drywallers, tilers, electrician, floor epoxy, etc., did superior work and I could not be more pleased with the results! Before the remodel I had carpet, drop ceiling with fluorescent lighting, and some unnecessary partition walls in the basement. The project started with a water leak. Nik recommended removing the ceiling tiles, painting the ceiling black, and installing down lights. He also recommended removing the partition walls and adding an egress window to open up the basement. I hadn't thought of these things and appreciated his suggestions. During the course of the project, I decided to convert the space to a gym and added a bathroom. Nik was very accommodating with the many changes that I made to the plan, and I appreciated his flexibility. He even installed a sauna in the spare basement room, which turned out great! Nik's tiler did an incredible job with the bathroom tile work! The garage was a mess before the remodel. Nik and his team repaired the drywall and installed wall storage panels throughout the garage, which allowed me to organize all of my tools. Mat did an amazing job with the garage floor epoxy. Dragon (electrician at Somerset) did a phenomenal job installing hexagon ceiling lights in the garage and down lights with smart switches in the basement. He also installed a Ring security camera and some exterior outlets. All of Dragon's work was exceptional! Several months after the work was completed, I had another project that I needed Nik's help with, and he generously took time out of his busy schedule to accommodate me, which was greatly appreciated! I highly recommend Somerset Painting and Home Improvements, and I am very confident that you will be as pleased as I am with the work that they do for you!

We hired Somerset painting to paint the exterior of our house. Not only was the job done to perfection, they were professional and easy to communicate with. Details are everything on a paint job and they exceed it. The entire staff from office staff to job site manager handled everything with no stress to us.

Somerset painting handled two jobs for us recently. First the exterior of our home and then a family room remodel. Both jobs went very well and work was done timely and good quality. Working with the color specialist from Somerset, we picked out the best colors to update our home and I have so many neighbors compliment me on how great it looks. Many have asked for the name of the company and i gladly pass it on.

There not all what they r cracked up to b. Got a quote for one room at 1200 with making the room smooth they failed to do that as the other owner nick said it would cost a lot more so it was painted as a waste cuz it didnt turn out for 1200 and it was half walls with trim middle and bottom only one coat on trim thet didnt paint some trim the way i wanted they said to little they were not on time we’re not ready for us there was no contract so the price never stayed the same paint on floor holes not cover can of paint left open got guys out who speak no English invoice me two months with a 4200 dollar bill for 3 room and regular closets they charged there own prices as they went no down payment or contract and wrong paint I’m very p***** never highre these people there all about money but the work do t add up to it

Great job

Ben and Johnny did a great job painting our master bath, hallways, kitchen, and living room which included high ceilings and crown molding. One wall was added at the end during clean up because tape took off some paint. Somerset had Ben come back out and paint that wall before giving us the bill. Kevin is very knowledgeable as a former contractor in giving an accurate estimate and answering questions.

The team did an outstanding job in repairing, sealing and painting our home's exterior. Their quality of work and attention to detail was impressive from start to finish. I highly recommend Somerset Painting to anyone looking to upgrade their home's exterior.

Amazing company. Very professional and informational quote- Kevin took the time to go through the entire process, even recommending larger gutters in the back of my home (another contractor installed the gutters). The quote was very competitive and included a free color consultation. Tim led the project and did an amazing job. He communicated with me often and he is a very talented painter. My house looks brand new. He even finished the job on a holiday weekend which shows his dedication to his craft. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

Painters were quick and “ stayed between the lines”. Got a color consultant for free too! I didn’t believe they would be done in 2 days, but they finished!

This is the second time we have used Somerset. We had our original lovely crew! They are responsive, detailed, communicative. Their quality of the work is excellent. Before we begin we go over everything and they provide a written detailed report of what we discussed and heads up on the cost if anything else should arise. No payment due until they finish and you are satisfied. One year guarantee if you should find a problem.
