Unfortunately the service fee was not communicated during my initial conversation, resulting in my surprise at being quoted $140 for a non-emergency furnace check. They sanded down a sensor & replaced my air filter with one that I had already bought. I can see this company doing good work but the communication issue & overcharge left me with a poor taste. They did drop the fee down to $89 after I complained but the fee was still too high, especially for the work done. I know of other company's that would not charge as much for like service. I would not recommend this company.

These guys know their stuff. My family was cold and they fixed our furnace and got us warm. I know who to call if I have a problem with my heat or A/C. Their price was very reasonable too. They also were very nice! Great contractor.

Sommers Services responded quickly to a call to identify and fix a small gas leak near my fireplace, and handled the search and repair very professionally. The fix required opening a hole in the wall and replacing worn connectors in the pipes. The plumber was very professional, thorough, and neat, leaving me with an easy-to-repair wall as well as a repaired conduit. He was also personable and willing to explain to me what he was doing so that I felt confident in the results. I don't know how the cost compares to others, but believe it was probably reasonable for the expertise and time taken. Sommers is definitely on my "call again" list.

I had a leak in the pipe from the house to the water meter. Mr. Sommers was the first contractor to respond and say he was available to come and assess the problem. Wne he arrived he provided a fair estimate and completed the work professionally and to my satifaction in a short period of time.

He got into the job an repaired the plumbing units and the dripping showers. he also was polite and let you know what he was doing. He was great about keeping the area he was working on clean. He knew his job very well.

Tim was great. We had him install a new shower which consisted of stripping it down to the studs and rebuilding as well as install a new water heater for us. Time was very professional in all aspects of the job and treated the project as if it were his own house. We were very pleased with Tim and would use him again as well as refer him to friends.

Tim called within 10 minutes of request for service, was at my house within an hour and quickly performed the required tasks. Tim was very professional and courteous. I would definately recommend him to anyone.

I discovered a leaking hot water heater on a Saturday and really did not know who to call. I went on line to check on prices and installation. I received a call from Tim Sommers almost immediately after registering with ServiceMagic. Tim came out and replaced my 14 year old hot water heater with a new one.
