I needed 3 bedrooms painted as soon as possible. Son’s Painting amazingly was able to get me scheduled within a few days. The painter Dwayne did an amazing job within 2 1/2 days. I felt the pricing was very reasonable as well. I plan to have Son’s come back as time and monies allow to do other rooms and hallway on my main floor.

It went pretty good. Missed one area, but came and took care of it in good time.

Great! Tom is very responsive and was also willing to postpone the job a couple of times to better fit our schedule. He did quality and fast work - the room looks great! They did get paint on our sectional sofa when moving it back into place, but it came off easily (leather). We would definitely hire them again!

I am pleased with the work. Tom had clear communication skills, and even followed up to improve the work in one are in which I was initially not satisfied. I would recommend that others use Son's Painting and Flooring.

He called the night before to confirm and said he would be at my home at 8 AM. Past experience said I'd better be ready because he's always on time. He completed the job in one day. He hauled the old carpet to the road, moved my furniture back into the room, and brought the extra materials to my basement. Now that's nice!! We've already talked about the next project. When I'm ready, I will definitely call Tom back. Thank you so much.

As with all home improvement projects, you're going to run into unseen problems. Tom had to move a dishwasher, a dryer and washing machine. He noticed that the dryer vent was installed incorrectly and there was an electrical issue with the dishwasher. He fixed all that. He didn't have to be concerned about any of that, but he genuinely was concerned. <br /> These are busy guys and I can see why. They came out immediately to look at the project. They gave me an estimate as to when they could do the job, and they called every week with an update. Very reassuring. <br /> They are kind and very professional. I already have another project for them. Can't wait. It truly has been a wonderful experience. You hear so much negative crap about contractors and scam artists these days, it is SO refreshing to come across a company like this!!!! <br /> Oh, and the floor is beautiful. The house was built in 1961. It wasn't apparent that any major refinishing had been done to the floors, but it looked like something was done at some point in the past. The floor was faded where area rugs had been down for who knows how many years! Dwayne and one of his co-worker came in and sanded down the floors and repaired the floor where an old brink planter had been put in as a room divider. The floors were covered in some kind of wax, so it ended up taking longer to do the work and special sanding paper was needed. Tom kept me well informed of the progress of the work. When everything was done, the floors looked great!!! I couldn't be happier! I know no one who walks in the room will be able to tell where the old area rugs were or that the brink planter was ever there! The extra work and supplies ended up costing more, but Tom is very accommodating about the price difference. I plan to have more work done on my floors in the future, both refinishing and tile installation, and I will use them again. I highly recommend them to anyone needing floor work!!

Our first scheduled date didn't work out and Tom offered to do a little extra than what was originally planned; to make up for the inconvenience. We were very happy with the outcome of the job. They were very professional, courteous and efficient. <br />

Tom was very good about communicating with me via the Angie's List site. We had a small mixup about date. He had asked if we minded pushing the date back one day so he could honor the request of another client. That was fine with us; we didn't mind. However, it turned out he was able to finish the other client earlier, so he accidentally showed up at our home the original date we had set, not the second date scheduled. He did call when, around the corner from our house that morning, he realized he was now a day early, and he would have left and come back the next day if we didn't want him to come; but I said if he wanted to help my husband clear out the room, sure, come-on along! (My husband and I had planned to clear the room out that night, to be ready for him the next day.) Anyway, it was fine. He helped my husband clear out the furniture and lots of papers. There was a small bit of damage to an item, but it wasn't really his fault; he was expecting the bookcase back of my desk to be attached, but it wasn't. In the end, I think one picture is worth a thousand words, so take a look at my beautiful new office.

Very good experience. Tom contacted me in a timely manner and we quickly settled on a day and time for the service. The painting was professionally done with no complaints. We plan on using Tom for a flooring job in the future. <br />
