If you've got a chimney (or even if you are just thinking of getting one) why would you use anyone else??? Daniel has received Angie's Super Service Awards in the past, and he deserves another one! He kept me informed as to when he would arrive, he showed up exactly when he said he would, he went out of his way to respect my property, and his knowledge and expertise about all things chimney are fantastic. His professionalism is tremendous, and reminds me of how things used to be. Besides that, his prices are fair and very reasonable! I had a complicated problem involving water intrusion into the house, and he was able to diagnose some solutions and execute them. He made two trips to the house. We just had 3 inches of rain and nary a drop came in the house. I was thrilled with his work, and I am telling all my friends and family about Soot Busters. He gets an A++++ and then some! He's a gem.

It would have been $125 to clean it but they didn't clean it since it didn't need cleaning. They pulled out the pipe but they didn't need to pull out the pipe. They needed to take off the cap. They didn't inspect the stove for cracks. It was a reasonable price. They were responsive.

"I am sorry that you were not 100% satisfied with my work. I could not separate your cap from the pipe, so the pipe and cap came apart as one. It was replaced just as it was before I removed it. I inspected everything from the stove to the top and saw nothing that needed attention. Again, I apologize if you think I wasn't thorough enough when looking at your fireplace/stove. Danny called 10-15 minutes prior to arriving (on time) at my house. He was very professional, took the time to explain the ins and outs of chimneys and maintenance, and took pictures of his work before and after so I did not have to climb on my roof; which I ended up doing anyway. He had the opportunity to overcharge me at least twice, that I know of, but actually charged me less than I expected and originally quoted. Danny is honest, polite, knowledgeable and professional. He has earned my business. I will call him first for all my chimney needs. <br />

He inspected everything and left me a list of recommendations to be performed on the top of the chimney that included sealing it and installing a cap. Chimney was in good shape. He cleaned out the fireplace and tested lighting the logs. Very professional and knowledgeable. Will use again and will recommend to neighbors. <br />
