Great. They called to make appointment. Called to let me know they would be there in 15 minutes, Were on time, professional, efficient. Due to house and plumbing being 50+ years old, they did have to find a part at the supply store but came right back and finished the job. They advised us to get the lower shut off valve fixed in the future and sent us an estimate. Very pleased and would recommend them to my friends.$199
