"We understand that situations involving water damage and insurance coverage can become complex and, at times, frustrating for homeowners. In this case, all work performed by our team was authorized in writing prior to starting, and the scope was based on on-site conditions, industry standards, and documented moisture findings. Throughout the project, we maintained detailed records including photos, moisture readings, and drying logs to support both the work performed and the associated charges. It's important to clarify that any differences in coverage or payment are determined between the homeowner and their insurance provider. Our role is to perform the necessary mitigation work to properly address the loss, which was completed in accordance with the signed agreement. Regarding the lien, it is always a last resort for us and is pursued only after many months of non-payment, when we have exhausted other options to resolve the balance. We do not take this step lightly. We remain available to discuss any questions directly and are committed to working toward a professional resolution."
