DO NOT USE SOS MOVING. These people are incompetent and refuse to take responsibility for their failed services. This has been an extremely disappointing experience. They damaged our original 1940's hardwood floors during the move and have refused to accept responsibility or even acknowledge the damage they have caused. We reported the issue promptly and attempted to work with the company in good faith. Over the course of more than a month, we sent multiple emails, made repeated phone calls, and followed up numerous times seeking an update on our claim. Instead of taking responsibility or communicating professionally, we were met with silence. Five Stars for SOS! I hired SOS recently and they were fantastic. The crew arrived right on time and worked super efficiently. They carefully wrapped all my fragile items to prevent any damage. The movers were friendly, polite, and clearly knew what they were doing. They loaded and unloaded everything quickly, reassembled my furniture, and put boxes in the right rooms. Best of all, there were no hidden fees. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free. SOS is highly recommended! They took all the hassle out of my move with their skilled, professional service. I'll definitely use them again next time.

Russian Roulette..MAKE SURE YOU READ THIS and BEWARE.. Grabbed these guys last minute and they came though same day. Crew was nice but very hard to communicate with, I bought them pizza/ water, tipped them out $40/mover. However, there was an issue bringing my washer/dryer downstairs and they damaged my flooring. Additionally, there was slight damage on some other items they had moved... dents in my washing machine, metal trash can, and damage to a steel table from RH that they drug across my brick entry way and took the finish off one side. They proceeded to refund me on the spot $150 and not charge me for 1/2 hour of time, and told me that they would only charge me $150 of the $300 to move my fridge (regular counter depth fridge not a top compressor, not up any stairs) which the office said should have only been $150 to begin with. There were also other hidden fees for bubble wrapping, etc. We ended the move at night and when I saw the rest of the significant damage in the morning daylight I called the office. This is when it became an issue for me. It's been a month going back and forth after they asked for me to get a quote to fix the repairs. They went back to the crew for their opinion and offered me an additional $300 to not give them a bad review.. NOTHING Based on the actual damage they caused. I am giving up the $300 because it doesn't even sniff the repair bill and I bet they control their reviews pretty easily this way. I'd rather help steer at least one person away and pass the buck. BEWARE.. these guys are high volume and you may get lucky with them but if they break or damage anything you're SOL.. they simply don't care. Take a look at the photos, be your own judge.. this house was re-modeled a month before I bought it. These guys are shady which is a bummer, I wanted to like them. All of these moving companies operate on a similar model/pricing I suggest you find a different one if you value your belongings/condition of your house.

Although I thought they were a little pricey, they were entirely dependable, nice and friendly, careful with our stuff, and just plain wonderful! It's worth it to have someone take care with your stuff!
