Where do I start....Work performed was extremely low quality. Brian indicated he was a tiler but it became clear he had never tiled before. Grout was everywhere dried on the tile and not cleaned off. tile was not even, transitions were terrible, hole in tile for shower head was miss located to name just a few problems. All tile had to be removed and project restarted. I requested a refund but he is ignoring my calls and texts. I'm currently out $4K. DO NOT HIRE
