Sound Energy Services, is a heating and air company dedicated to energy conservation and is partnering with local utilities to educate the American consumer that it is cheaper to conserve energy than produce it. We do this by providing home energy audits for homeowners to make them aware of their homes energy usage and provide them with Sound Energy Solutions. In the form of new heating and cooling equipment, new insulation, new windows and doors, duct sealing and better lighting solutions. We are better for you, better for the environment.

Matthew quoted me a furnace that seemed too be to good to be true. I spoke with him on Monday evening and he had a technician at my door with a new furnace by 8:30 AM Tuesday morning. The technician was very professional and efficient; had the furnace installed and running by noon. Sound Energy is very knowlegable; they won't over-sell you something that you don't need; and you can't beat the cost for a quality system.

I cannot find any aspect of the interaction with Sound Energy Solution that was not of the highest caliber. From the initial contact to the final payment of the bill, Steve and his crew provide superb customer service. Steve was the first to contact me when I was requesting quotes to replace my worn out furnace. It was pleasant surprise when the quote was designed around my budget and timeline. The installer arrived as scheduled. Tom was polite, professional, and thorough. Completed the job on time. Left the area very clean. I will recommend Sound Energy Services in the future.

The first crew that installed the HVAC on Tuesday and Wednesday made several mistakes in the installation. The installation problems were corrected on Saturday evening to our delight. Over-all, the equipment now works fantastic. The troubleshooter that came out on Saturday was an excellent technician with excellent customer service. We would still highly recommend Sound Energy Solutions.

The Sound Energy crew were great. They weren't pushy in trying to sell me anything. They answered all of my questions, explained details, and were very fast in getting my furnace replaced. I felt like they cared about and took pride in their work, the company and and me as a customer, even so far as to call and check the night before to make sure I would have some source of heat since my furnace was out! I would certainly recommend Sound Energy to anyone and have already done so.

They were very prompt on returning our call and scheduling an inspection. We decided to have them install a new furnace. They were able to install that day. The installer, Tommy, was very knowledgeble, quick and thorough. We have already recommended Sound Energy Solutions to our parents for their furnace needs. They are a quality company.

Very knowledgeable, proactive, customer-centric and effective. My 23 years old furnace died 2 day ago, I searched and found his company next day, They called back and came in w/o asking for any fee, assessed the situation, answered all my questions and provided all the information I needed as well as a competitive quotation. Next day at 4:00AM in the morning were answering back to my proposed installation schedule the new furnace was already running by the time I came back home from work. 5 stars service!

It might look suspicious to rate all 3 categories with 5 stars but that's what we received. On time, as promised and nice / easy people to deal with. Even helped with some extras that were greatly appreciated. I don't hesitate to not only recommend them but we are keeping their biz card for future work. Very smart and helpful.
