Sound Tile & Grout

I received a same-afternoon reply to my first contact with Sound Tile and Grout, and communication was always clear. Although they were booked out a few weeks, the regrouting job was professionally completed, and the technician went above and beyond by also touching up the grout on the backsplash so it all looks consistent and new. Tim was very neat, tidy, efficient and clearly knew what he was doing. Would recommend to anyone needing grout work.

It looks very nice and I'm very happy with it. They were very nice. They came out and give a thorough bid and explained everything to me. They are not pushy and waited to hear from me before doing anything. They are very prompt and courteous.

Disappointed. Sound Tile and Grout was on the pricer side and I definitely did not feel that I received what I paid for. Part of the initial install was done poorly (more joints than necessary, see picture) and required the provider to return to reinstall portions of the tile which I was charged extra for. The provider did not clean up at the end of each day nor was the area thoroughly cleaned after the job was completed. The provider left pieces of tile on our front sidewalk and a track of dirt and debris down our stairwell. Grout haze was also not fully removed. At the end of the day the completed install did turn out well, but I would not recommend this company due to the above concerns.

It went well. The process was simpler than I thought it would be. She was very neat and clean. The worker was nice.

Great! The service technician showed up right on time and was ready to get the job done. It was a full day project but it turned out amazing. We are really hoping that overtime it continues to stay that way.

I went to their website and requested a quote to clean and seal my shower.  I gave dimensions and sent photos.  Sound Tile and Grout responded with a quote that was over twice what I expected but I'll admit I really didn't know what it would cost.  I needed the work done and after seeing their positive reviews on Angie's List I decided to bite-the-bullet and get it done.  I am very glad that I did.  Chad & Zack arrived on time and after letting me know what they were going to do they went right to work.  They were clean-cut, well mannered, and very professional.  High quality materials were used.  They did an outstanding job and I am very happy I spent the money.  My shower hasn't looked this good since it was new.  If you need the work done, go with Sound Tile & Grout.

Brock met with us and provided good advice about tile options. We chose white subway tile for the bath and white square tile for the shower. I purchased some gray liner tiles at Art Tile to add a design element at their suggestion. They showed up as planned. Completed the job on time and cleaned up carefully and thoroughly. They coordinated with our plumber and everything went smoothly. They made good choices on the layout of the tile and we were happy with the end result. <br />

<p> I couldn?t be happier with Sound Tile & Grout. Rarely do service companies exceed my expectations but they absolutely did! A large portion of our main floor is rough tile that I don?t think had ever been cleaned. Brock completed the job in record time. Where it fit he used a machine that resembled a small Zamboni, and then did the smaller areas by hand.</p> <p>The end result was awesome. I would absolutely recommend Sound Tile & Grout?s customer service, quality of work, and reasonable prices.</p>
