I highly recommend Matthew and his crew, if you are looking for HVAC work to be done. My wife and I just purchased this house built in 1989. The HVAC configuration in the attic was either original equipment, poorly patched work, or equipment that was not compatible with the new air conditioner. I had gotten in-person estimates from 3 other companies and here's what made me go with South Belt: Matthew understood that my wife and I had a tight budget, so he clearly provided us with what COULD be replaced and what NEEDED to be replaced. Matthew's crew worked fast and were very courteous. Our system now works far better than I expected it would.

Southbelt came out for a second opinion on a unit. The first company said it needed a new compressor which was going to be very costly. Matt fixed it with parts he had on the truck and the A/C was back to working. It was a very inexpensive repair and saved us a lot of money. We will continue to use Southbelt in the future.

This company is horrible both in repair service AND customer service. We were forced to go with them because of our home warranty AHS and they came to repair our AC unit with a new compressor and it has not even been 3 months and the unit is out AGAIN! When we called to report the problem the woman who took the call LAUGHED in our face at our situation! RUN away from this company if you expect professional service and repair! ?

I've used SouthBelt for years. They are trustworthy reliable and priced right. I called when my AC shut down and my tech showed up when he said he would finished trouble shooting and replaced my part within a half hour. He also did a quick check of my in attic unit making sure all was well.

Excellent. My system broke down on a Friday before a long weekend. Matt was able to keep the unit going for the next 3 days, then came by bright and early the next week to install my new system. It only took a few hours and Matt got me there slightly under budget. Don't mess around with the other guys. Use South Belt.

I was very impressed with the service I received from South Belt. This is the first time I have bought an air conditioning system so I got several estimates. South Belt did have the best price, but what really sold me was the professionalism and knowledge of my rep Matt. Matt was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. It is so nice to buy from someone that is not trying to over sell me. Also, I wanted to note that the job foreman was very polite and helpful. Good job South Belt!

I called the company at 5pm and their service man called about 6pm to ask further questions. He made a point to make it out today if at all possible and was out by 7:30. A circuit board went bad in our older system and he replaced the part and had it working within a half hour. Very professional and timely. We've used them twice before with a home warranty company to replace our compressor unit outside and for general maintenance over the winter.

The gentleman who came brought his son with him.  Together they worked on the unit.  I had another reputable AC place tell me I needed a new unit which would have cost thousands of dollars.  This  company was honest and cleaned and filled with freon.  No more problems all summer.  And it was a very hot summer.  Great job.  Mainly I appreciate the Honesty!!! <br />

It went fine.  No problems reported. <br /> Southbelt did not offer Angie's list discount.  And service from other competitors would have been less expensive.  But Southbelt installed my full AC / heating system.  So, I stayed with them. <br />
