Fred did exactly what he said he was going to do-plus. He did it at the price he said it would be, which was very reasonable. He did the job in the time he said it would take. What more could you ask for? I would recommend SouthCoast Precision Tile for all flooring projects. He even did a ceiling.

We had a little trouble scheduling Frederick, but when he came over he was very professional, did a high quality job, and gave us a very fair price. Based on his professionalism and skill, I would recommend him for any tilling work.

His guidance and direction were spot on and because of that we were able to make a much better choice of tile. He advised and installed a membrane to provide extra structural support which gives us peace of mind knowing the application for the install was done correctly! Absolute quality work from start to finish (looks beautiful!!), reasonably priced; overall extremely happy and would hire him back again. Now even our neighbors want him to tile both of their bathrooms!

At the beginning of the job Fred made a few design suggestions that I liked - so he not only did the installation as I had requested, but added value by improving the design. It came out really well and the quality of his work was excellent. Even though he had other customers, he kept our job moving as well. Much appreciated.

The project was not simple. It needed an eye for the precision and correctly setting up the tiles. He took time to find the materials that match the surroundings. Did a great job. I found him very focused, honest, polite, and reasonable. Provided excellent customer service.

contacted a few other places before using service magic and wasted my time before. this guy came and did a tremendous job looks excellent and my basment was not level and has water issues and future work will be needed in this area, he did a great job getting tiles level and securing them and giving them a protective edge to ensure tiles wont chip and crack when i get other work done. no other installer i called would even listen to what i wanted done but fred came out and did an awesome job. everything i asked and wanted he accommidated, he did not rush anything and always showed up on time. will defiantly use again. thank you
