They were specific. They follow up and finish. On time and they kept there word.

Before any work began he wanted $500 advance on $830 quote. I pd him, they worked parts of 3 days on floor. At the end of the 3rd day he wanted the remainder of the money plus another 160 for tools needed to complete the job. That was almost 2 mo ago. I still have a 4x4 hole in my floor About 2 weeks ago he came to replace faucet. We had to turn the water off bc of huge leaks after he left. He text me that night and wanted more money. I said no bc I don't owe him anything. He won't even answer a text now. A guy that worked for him felt bad about how he did me so he's going to finish the job. He got the faucet fixed and will be back to finish the floor job. Thank goodness for people with morals. Brandon doesn't know how to do anything and doesn't want to do anything. He wants to play big shot and drive around all day while his step brother, Blake does all the work and he pays him next to nothing. Don't hire him for anything. It will take him a month to install a light switch cover and he won't do it right anyway.
