It was a good and bad experience. The work was good. However, they sent 3 people when they were supposed to send 2; I didn't ask for a third person. They charged me full price for the 3rd guy, and a 4th guy came too – they actually ended up waiting for him to come back to the job after a doctor's appointment with more supplies. The main guy on the job had to leave early, and I got the impression that one of the crewmen was an apprentice.  I did talk to the owner, but he didn't fully address my concerns.

Great work at a reasonable price. Would highly recommend . <br />

Rick and his team were polite and professional. They did a quality job on everything. We were most happy with the frame and case that he re-built on our spa, as the wooden frame/case that came with the spa was rotting and in desperate need of repair.  We had trouble finding someone to repair the spa case, and Rick did a great job using stucco that was both reasonable in price and ended up being a very smooth quality job. Rick is our new handy man to use and we are happy to have found him. <br />

Rick and his team are INCREDIBLE !  The nicest, politest, hardest workers I have seen in a very, VERY long time.  They started with rolling out thick brown paper to cover the main walkways in my home to limit the dust and dirt that would be tracked through.  They purchased what I needed (with my permission; Home Depot called for my card info) and retrieved it for me.  They worked straight through, didn't stand around taking more breaks than they work.  Did I mention polite ?  If I was called "ma'am" one more time I was going to deck one of them.  Walt, Gary & Roy were diligent and in addition to the deal I purchased, I hired them for another FULL DAY so they could complete 99% of my to-do list (when I first spoke with Rick I told him I had at least two, if not 3 full days of work for 2 men)  MONEY WELL SPENT.  I'm already starting on my next "to-do" list and will call Rick when its ready ! <br />

<p>The only reason I am giving a B for punctuality is because they were scheduled to start at 4pm, when my husband would have been home to make certain they knew where to dig and what to watch out for underground.  When he got home from work at about 4pm they were done with the job and gone.  They also cut a wire but it doesn't appear to effect anything in our home so it was probably from an old cable connection.</p> <p>I wanted to use the $199 for half a day and was convinced that the job would take longer than 1/2 day.  Since they did another job in the morning and had my job done in the afternoon, I expect it took the 2 guys he was going to send out less than 2 hours each.</p> <p>But they did do a very good job.  Trenches were 12" deep and about 6"wide.  They went to the spots we wanted them.  They came out quickly.  I showed him what we needed one day and they came out the next.</p> <p>I would use him again for projects.</p> <br />

The guys were great!  Very knowledgeable, polite and hard-working.  I definitely would recommend them.  I'm sure that on the cartridge they couldn't fix, Rick will give me some kind of future credit which is small.  I really liked the integrity of the three workers who finished my projects.  Very dependable and I would recommend them to my neighbors and others - in fact, I already have. <br />

They did the job okay. They are never happy with the deal. They always grumble about how it is never enough money and they complained the whole time. I would use them again.

After buying the coupon on Angies List,I call Southern Concepts. They responded on time .I was told they charge $37. a hour ...I do not have the invoice on hand at this time as I am not in Florida...... They arrived on friday at approx 10.40 a.m.Two men were dropped off by the foreman .At approx 3p.m. they were waiting to be collected by said foreman. On Saturday they arrived just about 10a.m. same procedure.They again had to hang around to wait for foreman to pick them up. <br /> . They did a good job installing the tile soap tray and as I do not know enough about tiling I can only say the tiles on the two showers stalls and surround of two other bath tubs look good. I was quite shocked at the total cost.In order to make sure I was not out of touch I contacted two other contractors and was told it certainly should not have taken more than a day to do the whole thing, in fact one said it should have been done in half a day...I am giving them the benefit of a whole day.... I was quite perplexed about  the dropping off and picking up arrangement.... The two men were left just hanging around until someone came to pick them up... IN actual fact I was originally asked for $700 as they said they need to supply a piece of drywall  was needed to go behind the soap tray,fortunately I had some the correct size in the house. I paid $ plus $500 plus the $199 coupon on Angies list <br /> <br />

Awesome Customer Service! Awesome Work! I purchased a 'big deal' which included a message from me that I really needed him as soon as possible. His folks were at my house in two days! I'm very pleased with the work they did and I will be adding this company to my contact list. My daughter's boy friend was there when the workers were there and he said that they were very polite and professional. I had them do some work beyond the original 'big deal' and his prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this company!

My experience with this contractor went really good. They do maintainance on my yard every week. I like them and they are friendly and they get work done. They can do the yard and they do a good job.

My experience with him was good. He was very timely. He does quality work and he has good people. They are comprehensive. I would recommend him and use him again.
