He was very enthusiastic to do the job, but he bent my gutters when attempting to get on roof. I had to run and supply extra roofing shingles and roofing caulk for the installation. I also supplied my personal ladder for roof access to keep the gutters from being bent again (he was a little heavy to be on a roof with that pitch) Don't get me wrong, the job was tough with the roof pitch. I just felt he could have been better prepared, and I almost had a heart attack when he let loose of the fan and it started down the roof :( Very nice guy and hard worker, which makes up for the lack of preparedness in my view. At least I didn't do it :)

Timely worker but not totally pleased paint quality he selected for my ceiling ,dull paint. I may be changing to brighter white sooner than plan. But he was a good worker.

I would recommend Mark to anyone. I have given cards to all my friends. This man is a rarity in this business. He is as good as his word, He does what he says and more. If everyone in this business was like him they wouldn't be a market for an Angie's list. Thanks again Mark and you can give my number to anyone for a reference.
