<p>Everyone I worked with was very knowledgeable and willingly shared information with me. The engineer, Andrew, responded to my calls and questions quickly and kept me informed of what to expect along the way. Permits and coordination with the electric company were all handled by Sustainable Energy Solutions - I didn't have to worry about a thing. The installation crew, Adam, Eric, and Greg, were on time each day, professional, and very courteous and friendly. When they encountered a problem identifying the location of the patio roof trusses, they presented it to me with a solution. Dan the electrician patiently explained how the meters and my tie-in with the electric company worked. It was such a thrill to flip the switch on my beautiful new solar system and start producing my own clean energy!</p> <br />

Fantastically well. They coordinated with the roof company project manager as to the timing of both removal and re-installation. They were prompt, courteous and committed to solar energy and to my project. The price was fantastic. Work was done correctly so that my water heater was up and running immediately and without any issues. n addition, I asked for a proposal for whole house solar panels--got the proposal with all the specs immediately. Awesome! <br />

I had requested an estimate for solar panels to provide electricity for a pump. The first estimate the company provided was for a solar hot water heater then an estimate for a solar array for all the electrical requirements for the entire house. <br /> The representatives were very professional and knowledgeable and did a very good job in installing the panels. However, part of what sold me on installing solar was the generous tax deduction - state and federal. When the job was complete the company gave me forms from the previous tax year. I had to find the current tax year forms. <br /> Also after the installation, SCEand G and to inspect and certify the installation and install a new meter. The coordination with SCEand G was poor and the certification did not take place for several weeks after the installation. <br />

Excellent work -- - did an informal review/audit - recommended solution - provided estimate - managed the install in 3 days - quality workmanship I am seeing the results in reduced gas bills for my water heating
