Southern Images Remodeling has been in business since 2008. We specialize in general remodeling, we no longer do roofing or concrete. I have never seen a fence and gate more poorly built than the one Steven Pritchett of Southern Images Remodeling built for me . He completed building my fence 7/1 for $9200 and it half of it fell on 7/13/2022 and the remainder fell on 7/14. So many issues here 1) He used interior wood and sheet rock screws(no protective coating) on an exterior fence. These will rust! 2) He used kiln for the railing. Kiln in not treated wood and will rot in 2-3 years if it is not painted. 3) Brace posts were set 16 feet apart on an 8' board on board fence. They should have been 6 feet apart 4) The holes dug for the brace posts on the 8 foot high section of the fence were all less than 12 inches in depth. These all should have been 36 inches in depth 5) The holes dug for the brace posts on the 6 foot high section of the fence and gate were at a depth of 8 and 10 inches. These should have been 24 inches in depth. 6) Hardly any concrete was used to fill the holes. It literally looks like a few handfuls of concrete was used. In some holes no concrete was used. 7) The hardware on the gate was missing several bolts 8) Several of the planks/ pickets used were warped. 9) Each plank had one screw in them when they should have had two. 10) He somehow managed to screw both sides of my 12 foot gate together too! He stated he would come back out that same day to fix it and no showed. I have pictures and videos of everything I just described. I am hopeful this site will let me add them. Under no circumstances can I recommend hiring Steven Pritchett at Southern Images Remodeling .

My two sided gate was screwed together and I was unable to open or close it properly . My fence then fell down 12 days after it was completed

It looks great they showed up on time every morning and worked all day to make sure I could let my little puppy roam the back yard freely again after the storm took my old fence away from us.
