I had a leaking issue and had two other companies that the warranty service sent out and they didn't solve anything. I ended up firing HomeServ, the warranty company. It was over 3 weeks and they wanted to cut into my wall and diagnose the issue after they already made four big holes in my garage drywall. Then the HomeServ said its not covered. Mott came out today and looked through the holes in the drywall in the garage and then he wanted to see the shower while it was running. He diagnosed the issue as water leaking from the top of the shower head down through the bath spigot because there was not a good seal. He was honest and helpful the entire time. I really appreciate honesty over everything. I definitely recommend southern plumbing and will use them in the future if the need arises. Thank you

Sewer Main Install, Replace or Repair
Charged almost $500 and have no evidence of a job done and actual evidence that job was NOT done. Wanted to have sewer line scoped since it is from 1949. Southern came over, claims to have video scoped the line and it needed to be cleaned and /or just dig a trench in my front yard and lay a new line to the sewer main. Claim they don't give video evidence unless requested (I did request). Sent me photos of the street manhole cover open (guess what, my line goes out to the backyard per the County, there is NO CONNECTION or relation to the line in the street), they sent a picture of inside my house; and then a blurry still shot from inside some pipe (could be anywhere). Since they did not video my line, claim that it needed rework, yet the County was here a few weeks later saying there is NO WAY he scoped my line, AND my line is NEW and CLEAR.. I asked for a refund. CRICKETS.
7/07/2026 ---This is a second review -- I was asked in the reply to update. I cannot so I re-review. Southern Plumbing response was they could not locate me as a customer and it must be a mistake. HOWEVER, they PHONED ME. They know exactly who I am. They refuse to reply to our email chain, but they would like to discuss OFF RECORD

There was a mix up in getting the time correct… originally scheduled between 0900-1100 but no one showed . I had to call someone but still no follow up call until I called the office . They apologized for the miscommunication and had appt scheduled between 2p -4pm. The installer arrived around 4pm and did an excellent job. Awesome
