Southern Pool Design was not our first choice to create the pool for our home, but I am so glad they were our final choice! The team of Mark, Imelda, and Amelia made our pool dream come true. Our first meeting was with Mark the GM and Imelda the in-house design engineer. They listened to us and created a design to meet our needs and desires. Was it right the first time? Of course not, but this was where having an in-house engineer made it so easy. We made ten changes to our design before finally getting what we wanted. Imelda patiently met with us on two more occasions to walk us through every new design. We even changed our travertine choice at the last minute, no problem for Southern Pool. Imelda’s help was priceless, and she was a joy to work with. Then came the actual construction phase and our Project Manager Amelia took over. Amelia was amazing. She communicated with us continuously, answering all our questions while managing the subs who did the actual work. She didn’t miss a beat. She was knowledgeable, and competent and went above and beyond and even got our pool completed ahead of schedule! When it came time for the final checklist, we only found a couple of concerns that she handled seamlessly. We are so happy with our new pool, and our dog Ziggy is too. Pools are not cheap, but because of Southern and their amazing team, our pool cost much less than the value it has brought to our lives. I know they will do the same for you!

I cannot recommend Southern Pool Design enough. We had an amazing experience with Mark (sales, Imelda (engineering), Jaymi and Amelia (project managers. You could not ask for a more detailed, competent, and overall responsive team. My job has me working with contractors frequently, and when I tell you this team is amazing, they are amazing. From start to finish this was a 10/10 experience.

Great people, quality work

Southern Pool Designs made our dream a reality!… We live in Lake Mary and had been searching for someone who could truly deliver a high-end custom pool — and Southern Pool Designs absolutely nailed it. From day one, they made us feel taken care of. I thought finding a builder who would actually listen and bring our exact vision to life would be impossible, but they exceeded expectations at every step. The communication was fantastic, and the final result honestly blew us away. It’s stunning. I never imagined a pool could make me feel like a million bucks, but this one does. Our whole family is over the moon — thank you SPD :)

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY WERE VERY QUICK TO RESPOND SO THEIR RESPONSIVENESS WAS GOOD. THE WORKERS WERE VERY NICE, AND THEY DID A GOOD JOB. WE HAD A MINOR PROBLEM WITH THE POOL, AND THEY WERE OUT AT MY HOUSE THAT DAY TO FIX IT.
