Jeff and his son did a fantastic job for us! We had recently had new windows installed and needed to rehang our blinds and Jeff came to the rescue! We knew we didn’t need knew blinds and didn’t want some person with no experience drilling near our new windows so I reached out to Jeff. After our first conversation, I knew he was our guys. He was confident he could re-hang our current blinds, didn’t try to up sale us on any thing, fixed some of the blinds we didn’t even know were not working properly, charged a fair price and was done in a couple hours! Definetly will be sharing his info with our friends an when it’s time to get new blinds, he’ll be our guy!

Southern Shades was a wonderful company to work with. They were punctual, reasonably priced, and did a fantastic job on our shutters. They will be my go-to company in the future.

We hired Jeff Pierce and Southern Shades to replace a busted Hunter Douglas honeycomb shade, one of a set approximately 15-years-old. Jeff was able to match the fabric perfectly and went the extra step of correcting the position of the adjusting pulley. Jeff was prompt, professional and personable.

They were punctual, friendly, professional and did a Great job.

My wife and I just moved to the neighborhood. Jeff and team came to our new house while I was working and knocked it out quickly, and affordability. I would definitely recommend them to others.

I would not recommend Southern Shades. I called Jeff owner to replace some slats on my blinds. He did not supply the blinds however he said he was more than capable of replacing the slats. He struggled to replace the slats. They were at the house for more than 3 hours. Jeff was incompetent in his attempt to replace the slats. He kept dropping them, knocking them off the wall. In the process of changing out the slats, Jeff and his son damaged a blind so the the lifting mechanism would not work. Maybe its because they kept pulling it off the frame and dropping it. In the end, Jeff left without telling me they damaged the blind. When I immediately call him right after he left, he stated "yes, we damaged it and weren't able to fix it" They needed a special tool to fix it. Over the course of several weeks, I contacted Jeff about repairing the damage he caused. In short Jeff refused to fix the damage that he caused. He was unprofessional and irrational in repairing what he broke.

Excellent service! Jeff and Kurt were excellent from start to finish! From first getting on Angi's list to first contact, estimate, explaining everything/options, pricing then install. Everything within a week and a half. Couldn't be happier and would highly recommend Southern Shades!!

The guy came out and took about 25 minutes to take down my blinds and brackets and 2 days later came back out and re-installed them and was very pleased with his work. He just got to work when he came out and was very professional in his work and he was very happy to do the work and I was very comfortable with his work.

Prior to moving into new home, we had Jeff measure our windows and provide an estimate for plantation shutters. Very smooth efficient process. He was very concerned about us getting exactly what we wanted. We have ordered the shutters and since they build everything at their local location, the time to have get them installed is decreased considerably. Great warranty as well. Would definitely work with this company again. Still waiting for install but so far, so good.
