They are great to do business with. They also referred me to other contractors for some other work and I've been pleased.

I am pleased and they are the one's that furnished the windows and when we had some trouble of course we had trouble with the installation. I thought part of it was the windows that we bought but Southern Window Supply came right out and actually fixed stuff that should have gone under the install. I am pleased they were good. None of the windows were ordered wrong but they fixed them basically and that is excellent but it wasn't the flow of experience but they really did stand behind their product. They misordered one but then they were pretty accurate with their schedule as far as when they said.

The door was delivered properly as promised. I spent $1500 on the door. He always returned my calls and emails to let me know when the door would be delivered.

They were extremely helpful. They worked closely with us to make sure everything was correct. They sent somebody out to do the measurements. Two of the windows showed up with minor manufacturing defects, and they dealt with that. It took them some time to do the job, but they took care of the details, which was appreciated.

Excellent. The contractor for the installation of the windows has worked with Southern Window Supply (SWS) before, so the coordination between them was good. Our contractor did initial measurements and the SWS owner, Tim Flynn, came by a second time to confirm the measurements and finalized the estimated cost. SWS estimated having the sash kits made would take 2 weeks and they were correct. When the kits arrived, SWS delivered them to the contractor. We paid 50% up front and the remainder upon delivery. Once installed, the windows look great and we can tell the difference with a reduction in noise from outside the house. Time will tell on any change in electrical or gas bills. We have worked with Tim,and Zeke Keel at SWS before and, once again, it was a pleasant experience.

Excellent. This company was recommended as a source for doors by our contractor. Zeke did an excellent job showing us a wide range of options and helped us make the right choice, saving a significant amount of money. They had a large selection of doors from which to choose. Great experience overall.
