We couldn't ask for better service. They were on time and finished in a timely manner. The chipper broke but they had a replacement here in no time. They were courteous and professional. We felt the cost for service was very reasonable. <br />

Brian was not on time, but explained the delay.  The job went quick, once he got started. We're having him back again to cut down some other trees. <br />

The best ever!  We have had stump grinding done several times over the years and South Fork is hands down the best ever.  Got a return phone call from Brian within a day or so and we sent him pictures to view the job, which was really handy because we didn't have to setup an appointment convenient for both of us and wait.  Gave us a super reasonable quote over the phone.  Was here when he said he would be, explained to us what he would do and how he would approach the job.  It was a little tricky because the stumps were against the wooden fence and growing into the fence in some points.  We didn't want the fence damaged. The hemlock was trickiest, and he ground it down exactly how we wanted it.  The job couldn't get all done (3 stumps) in one evening, so Brian sent someone over the next day to finish it up.  Another exceptional job performed, we could be happier with the results.  No damage to the fence either.  Brian delivered everything he said he would and more.  I'm very happy to refer South Fork to anyone, will definitely call Brian first if I ever need work done again. <br />

Brian was fantastic.  Great communicator, very responsive and just a great company to work with. Removed a dead tree in a couple of hours and left no mess.  I would hire him again in an instant.  <br /> <br />

Excellent. This is the second time I have used Brian. He is the owner and does a lot of the work himself - pretty incredible because he does this full time. He and two other men worked for 8 hours each to complete the job without any problems. Will recommend to friends and will use when I have more tree work. <br />

They came on time on the appointed day and did our tree work and tree work for two of our neighbors.  They were fast and efficient and did a good job of cleaning up.  One of the tree cutters cut a piece from the bottom portion of our birch trunk and pointed out it could be used as a table top.  He set it aside for us.  I appreciated how careful they were about where the pieces fell as we had a picnic table near the fir tree and other landscaping around... rhodys, etc.  Nothing in the yard was damaged.  All in all a very good experience. <br />

It was hard to scheduled in the beginning, however he was nice enough to give me a refund for those issues.

He arrived on time, in the pouring rain.  Had said there would be 2 of them but he arrived alone.  Worked hard in the pouring rain and did a good deal of what I wanted done.  Left with an hour still on the books as it was getting dark and raining hard and said he would be back in the fall.  I have not heard from him but I'm sure it is just a simple error on his part.  I have also not called him so I share the shortcoming on that part. <br />

This was the second great experience we've had with SouthFork Tree Service. Brian and his crew did an outstanding job with all aspects of the project. They arrived promplty as scheduled, worked deligently until the job was complete, and left the job site spotless! I would not hesitate to recommend Brian for any tree work. He is quite capable of removing the most challenging trees and his prices are more than fair for the work he performs. Good luck! <br />

They did a very thorough job.  I contacted them prior to purchasing the Big Deal to ensure they could get their machine through my gate.  He answered all of my questions.

We got a deal from Angie's List for $99 for $200 worth of service and we bought two of the coupons for a total of $400 worth of tree service. Brian showed up and we went over what we had discussed.  He and his team did a great job. He offered up suggestions and above and beyond to make our trees look great. And, they cleaned up the place and went through with a blower. He also cut up the some of our bigger branches for firewood. We are very satifisfied with his work and would hire his company again.

Brian and crew did a wonderful job of taking down the trees with little to no damage to our property or the neighbors. They were very prompt and responsive to our needs, and carried out the work exactly as we requested in a very professional manner at a reasonable price. The tree branches were all roped down to protect our other plants, fence, yard building, sprinkler system and other amenities and we couldn't be happier with the results.  We would recommend Brian and crew to anyone needing tree service. <br /> <br /> Thanks Brian

From the time Brian first arrived at the property to provide an estimate, to the time the crew left after completing the project; everything went as planned. no surprises. the price did not change from the estimate given.

I could barely wait to log on to my computer to tell everyone of the outstanding job they did!  Almost makes me wish I had more trees needing work so I can watch them again!  They work extremely well together as a team- were very safety oriented - and super friendly.  I picked up one of their ropes to carry to the truck when they were cleaning up and one of the crew said "here, let me carry that - you don't need to worry about this" -- A totally rewarding experience and I'll hire them back in a second if I need more work done.  I definitely HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing tree services!ove

Brian and his team arrived on time; they were friendly, knowledgeable and precise. The project was discussed prior to the start so that they understood my expectations. Brian climbed all the trees to perform the work. All the debris was cleaned up and hauled away. I couldn't be happier.
