Water Heater Installation and Replacement
I was very happy with the job that was done. Devan arrived on time, was efficient, and reviewed with me the work he had done. I did have a few questions about the installation of my new water heater and he took the time to answer them and made sure that I was 100% satisfied. He even vacuumed his work area. That was a bonus!

We recently had a shower/tub valve weld go bad behind a wall and tile, and access on the back side of wall was precarious with a master vanity. Devon was able to navigate and repair the valve with no damage to the cabinet or tile. Not to mention the day before coming over at a late evening to help us diagnose and stop the water from leaking prior to the repair. He was a pleasure to work with and his rates were fair.

Couldn’t be happier with the service from these guys. As a woman who knows absolutely nothing about plumbing, it’s always a concern that you’re going to get ripped off. Devan was SO upfront, honest, and explained everything to me. He was also so quick to respond and get the work done. We will be using them for anything else that comes up in our home!

Our windows are old and were incredibly dirty so i wasn't sure if they would even clean up well. Devan Fields did such a amazing job and took a lot of time and effort to give us amazing results. Now the windows are so clean and clear that I keep thinking I accidentally left them open as I walk by them. Devan is personal and very nice and I was very comfortable around him. I would definately recommend him, I couldn't be happier with how good everything turned out and the overall experience!

Devan came on a Friday to look at my windows and then came back the following Monday with a helper to do the cleaning. They were friendly, efficient and did an outstanding job very quickly. The cost was extremely reasonable, and I plan to call South North Window Cleaning again.

North South called me to see if they could come early to clean my windows. They were on time, told me the price upfront, and worked quickly and efficiently to complete their work. I would rate them higher if it was available! Overall, I would highly recommend them to everyone!!!

Devan did an excellent job. He removed all of the screens and washed them and the windows are really sparkling. He arrived on time and is very personable and easy to work with. I couldn't be more pleased. He was the first one to call after I submitted my information. I was impressed by that also.
