Brian was great at answering my questions during the initial phone call and when he came out to visit. He came out on a Saturday and my results were back the following Monday. The process was quick and easy and I would hire them again if I suspect another mold issue.

Southside Mold Testing and Cleanouts was very professional and thorough in his collection of samples. He explained every step of the process and even showed me a report that would be forthcoming from the lab analysis. Today I received the report, and it indicated that I have no mold within my house. Brian told me about a product that I could buy if I wanted to spray on the areas of my house that I thought had mold. He did not pressure me into trying to come and clean up the areas at all.

We found out we had mold in our attic on Wednesday. He sent a proposal on Thursday and the work was completed by Saturday with a warranty and everything. Testing was quick, but getting independent interpretation from lab that performed the analysis was not possible. Recommended abatement was expensive, and Cook County Department of Health and my physician interpreted the results as completely normal for this region, and not of concern for health.

It was pretty seamless! So much easier than I was expecting since I've never had to deal with this type of assessment. Brian was prompt, communicated clearly and replied quickly. I contacted Southside Mold Testing & Cleanouts after I noticed some possible mold in the ceiling from a busted water pipe. Brian arrived on time and explained the process that was involved in testing for any possible mold. He was extremely knowledgable, friendly and courteous...and he let us know the results of the test fairly quickly.
