took a while for Lowes to get all the flooring in.  I had the house leveled before laying new floor to make sure seams would stay matched.  They laid it exactly the way i wanted it so it looked like a real wood floor job.  I was impressed with their craftmanship.  Kind of pricey but everyone got their cut and i got a written garanntee from Lowes and the manufacture. <br />

Installation went fine, but after a few months problems developed. Some areas of flooring unstable and creaking. Entire floor had to be taken up and re-installed. Still having some instability and creaking, but it is better. <br />

Laminate flooring installed in bedroom. Carpet removed and installation completed in less than a day. Owner and helper very professional. Arrived on time and completed job quicker than expected. Did a great job and the flooring looks great. Cleaned area and discarded all trash. Very pleased. <br />

Gave us a bid, came on a Saturday with a helper to do the job. Did a great job. Also gave an estimate on installing a new floor in the kitchen. Haven't had it done yet, but won't even look anywhere else for a bid because his is so reasonable. His name is B. J. Ortiz and he can be contacted on his cell phone 361-510-9783. It's great that he was available on a weekend so we didn't have to take off work to be there when he came. The job was done very well, everything cleaned up and both people were very courteous and professional and yet very down home.
