We had a number of issues with our unit and what should have been a simple thermostat replacement turned into a real complicated project . This was no fault of Mark but rather the complexity of the system. Mark came over after hours on Friday and multiple Saturday’s to address and he got everything working . Days later the other unit went out and he provided same day service to address the problem . The big ac outfits do not provide this level of service . Give Mark s chance . He will quickly earn your trust and know what what he is doing .
