"In response to the above report: Our service technician told the customer that he would be at her house between 10am & 12pm. We never give a specific time, but rather a time frame, due to the fact that we never know how long the prior job is going to take. When our technician called the customer, he was informed that she would not be home, but that the garage door was unlocked, and that he could raise the door and go in to perform the service work, which he did. We do this for many of our customers, as we know that people cannot always be at home. We billed the customer for work performed and parts on 7/22/11. We finally received payment, along with a letter containing her complaints, on 11/9/11. Prior to receiving the letter, we had no knowledge that she was unhappy with our service or that she was accusing us of breaking into her home. In addition, we never threatened her with legal action. We have been in business for 31 years. To read this kind of review (which was brought to our attention by one of our loyal customers) is disheartening, to say the least. A company does not stay in business that long by treating their customers the way the above customer says that we did, you stay in business by taking care of your customers, which is what we do and intend to keep doing."
