From the very beginning, they were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond by sharing an estimate well in advance, which allowed us to plan accordingly. This company was helpful in solving my main issue. There were a couple complications but despite that they had good customer service and took care of what I needed.

Use with caution, customer reps very helpful however took 3 days to get new tankless hot water equipment installed, then there were small gas leaks, took another 2 days for plumber to come back and fix. Financing options very confusing, plumber had no knowledge of the options. Then recently a couple of months after installation tried using fireplace, since the gas was turned off to install new heater the pilot light had gone out, called to see if pilot light would have been affected during installation, customer service rep was quick to want to schedule service appt, asked for the plumber to call me before coming out as they might be able to walk me through resetting the pilot light, no call, plumber showed up, had an issue getting the pilot light to ignite, however after several attempts it did ignite. Was giving an invoice for $380 plus taxes. After talking with friends, was told when they had new hot water heaters installed, their plumber checked fireplace pilot lights and reset them. Called to question regarding being charged, after trying for the last 3 weeks, call center reps claim the situation has been escalated to Amber, Supervisor and Eric, Manager, still waiting for a call back. Will not use again.

DO NOT USE SOUTHWEST PLUMBING! Complete scam! If I could give zero stars I would. I had them replace two hose bibs on the exterior of my house. When giving me the estimate, I was a bit shocked at the estimate price, but with cold weather coming I needed it done. The technicians assured me the estimate was accurate and would take 5+ hours of time to complete (with two of them). They were done in two hours. I have called their company multiple times to speak to a manager to understand how a bill for this work could be justified at this price and have received no call back after being promised I would be contacted in 2-3 days! Save your money and go to literally any other plumber!!!! In addition to the high price, I inspected my crawl space where a valve was put in to shut off my outdoor water. I asked the technician if they put the insulation back as it was and they assured me it was. Not only was it put back very poorly, but a 2ft section of my pipes were left uncovered and prone to freezing! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SOUTHWEST PLUMBING!!

WARNING â South West Plumbing Renton location - We needed a new toilet in the master bathroom but had to put it on hold until we had an Asbestos test taken. Meanwhile, we thought we would get a new toilet in our guest bathroom since he was already there. So, we purchased a Toto Premier 2 pc Gravity Elongated Toilet (Comfort/Chair height) for $1,538.69 and then paid for the other toilet as well and the installation of $760 for when he comes back out. I should have done my research. Several stores and contractors were completely shocked!!! They all said that we overpaid for the toilet and the installation should not cost that much. One retailer was so angry that he immediately sent me a Price Quotation and said you do not even have to purchase from me but to definitely call them back and cancel the order for the second toilet and the installation. When I called SW Plumbing they just said that was the price so we are stuck with a toilet that should have cost us $519.67 but we paid $1,538.69. Actually, the total cost for the job was $7,947.67 (incl 2nd toilet/installation) ~ makes me wonder what else did we overpay??? Too bad because I have used them before and was pleased but not anymore.

He had the crawl space totally accessible and plenty of room to it as well as cob webs etc cleaned out of there. Hose bib was already removed from house. We also had a new hose bib on hand. It took the plumber 7 min to do the job. They quoted 1048.00 and we assumed they would deduct a couple hundred off when the job was done, it could not have been easier for the plumber. Again 7 min job…….. I have reached out to them 3 times to talk to Andrew which I’m sure is a manager. He has NOT returned our call. A call back and parcial refund would make all the difference as the plumber did his job well. With assessing the job they were at our house a total of 50 minutes and it cost over a 1000.00, very unacceptable. We are hoping they will make this right.
