Six Stars!! Southwest Rooofing and Design is the best! After a severe wind burst rearranged about 20% of tiles on the rear roof of my house, a day before a heavy rain was forecast, Southwest had a team over to cover the exposed roofing to prevent water damage. By the end of the first day a comprehensive contract was prepared and signed. In less than a week after the initial wind damage the entire new roof was installed and looking good! Each of the four work days started right on time with a fully staffed work crew of eight (8) including supervision. Each day's work was docummented with summaries recorded on the pictures. These summary reports are made possible by an audio visual app called 'GroupMe' with a copy provided to the customer. Each day ends with a complete site clean up. In-process inspections occur each day with the final quality check performed by Ramon Ayers, President of Southwest roofing & Design.

Southwest Roofing Company did an outstanding job for us. Ramon was incredibly thorough and took the time to actually investigate where our leaks were coming from instead of jumping straight to the most expensive option. Another roofing company told us we needed a completely new roof for $30,000, but Ramon carefully assessed the problem and was able to fix the real issue for a fraction of the price. Southwest Roofing and Design replaced my roof. They did an excellent job. Ramon made sure I knew what materials were used. He thoroughly explained the cost estimate and financing options. Jose and his team were very efficient and did great cleaning up the work site. Jose even found replacement tiles that matched the original tiles that have been out of production for years. They provided timely updates including pictures throughout the project. They worked with my difficult schedule very well. All of my questions and concerns were promptly addressed. I am very happy with their work and hope the company continues to grow.

I can't say enough about the professionalism and thorough inspection of the roof from Ramon!!! Before we met for the showing, he had already set up an account in my name and the pics of the roof were on the account, before I left the showing. He provided video proof and explained all of his actions to myself and my realtor. His professional analysis gave my realtor a little fire to work with as I navigate through this deal. These folks came highly recommended from our neighbors who used them for some roofing repairs. We initially called them for the same. But after speaking with them, we discovered that they were also subcontractors and offered a whole lot more. So, outside of using them for minor roofing repairs, I asked them to bid on painting the the inside of our house. Our house is coming on 11 years. The original paint did not hold up well. Plus some areas were cracked and needed repair, including the ceiling of my outside patio. While slightly higher priced by the average... there was nothing average about the quality of work and customer service. I cannot say enough good things about Ramon and Jose! All I can say is that you get what you pay for and more!! My husband and I HIGHLY recommend this company!

If you are looking to get your roof replaced Ramon and Jose are some of the best in Tucson. After getting 7 different quote and inspections I finally found Southwest Roofing and Design. Ramon was great, taking the time to explaining all of the different options in materials and benefits of them. It was clear that he cared about my home as if it was his own. That communication and care continued through the entire install Jose was at the job site daily with the install crew making sure everything was accomplished as promised. We found several spots with rain rot and Jose was great at making sure they were all repaired properly. As the job was being accomplished Jose would send pictures and updates to make sure I was 100% satisfied. The entire team definitely catered to my desires of being on roof checking in on the progress through the entire install. Definitely give them an opportunity if you are in the market for a new roof you won’t regret it! O and did I mention clean up? The crew did a great job with their magnets picking up all the loose nails and roof scrap leaving a clean job site daily.

Highly recommended for excellent planning consultations and thorough detailed estimates. All parties involved in removing clay times from our roof, repairing and resurfacing in preparation for solar installation, were highly professional. They will go out of their way to answer any questions or correct any issues, which is invaluable.

Ramon responded quickly to our roof leaking - it was a fairly large crack in the roof coating where it entered one of the scuppers. The leak caused about a two square foot hole to open up in the ceiling. We live way out in the country and his team was here quickly and set about getting the repair done. They coordinated getting the repairman for the sheet rock work on the ceiling and adjoining wall. The entire crew was very professional and did an excellent job getting everything back to normal. They kept us up to date on what was going to happen and we were highly satisfied with the whole experience. We will definitely call on them again should we need anything done with our roof.
