The response was greater than expected. The situation was carefully explained with extensive views and photos. Alternatives were offered to try to mitigate the expense. Because insurance compensation was in doubt, alternatives were considered and discussed. We decided to gut the entire shower; remove the jacuzzi and go for a spa like design. It worked out beautifully and we are greatly pleased with the careful work.

We had our master bath completely demolished and rebuilt. We were very nervous because we’d never taken on a project like this, but we purchased a 30 year old home knowing we’d have to. We got 2 separate estimates that came in almost identical in price, so we were comfortable we were well within the industry standard for this type of work. The plan was laid out for us and carried out exactly as promised. Everything was handled professionally and we’re extremely pleased with the quality of the work. If we were ever in a situation to require this type of work again in the future, there wouldn’t be 2 estimates because we wouldn’t bother calling anyone else. We would be totally comfortable recommending this contractor to anyone, and would not hesitate to rehire this contractor again ourselves. This was our first experience with a bathroom remodel and it couldn’t have gone any better. We’re thrilled with the outcome.

Work was completely done in 8 days including adding walk in closet in bedroom. Kept us informed daily about goal for the day. Estimate for work was completely in line with other estimates. Extremely satisfied with results

Very responsive.  Arrived on time.  Part of the job had some potential problems as to how effective the repair might be.  He was very up front on discussing alternatives.  Gave me a not to exceed estimate and then came in under that price.  The potential problem has not turned out to be a problem and his work has held up. <br /> On the first time I used him on the shower floor, he did a thorough job of exploring the shower and it's bed.  He could have told me that more reconstruction was required and I would not have known the difference.  I think this guy is honest.

We obtained Ben Sowinski's name from an on line search. This has turned out to be one of the best remodeling experiences we have had. The work had to be done while we were out of town and that made us a little nervous but the results were fantastic. He did exactly what he was supposed to do and it was all very well done. The materials and craftsmanship were both excellent. And he cleaned up the work site when he was done. His price was very reasonable and we think it was a tremendous value.
