<p>We wanted new carpet for a small bedroom and adjacent walk-in closet. We had looked at and priced carpet at one of the home improvement stores.</p> <p>Then it hit me! We are members of Angie's list. So we went to the Angie's List app on my smartphone and looked at the various listed providers. Having read many reviews of the providers, we were intrigued by Spanky's, because it was reported that they had a lot of remnants at attractive prices, and we could probably use a remnant since our area was small. We are very happy that we went Spanky's. They had a huge selection of remnants and my wife found several remnants in colors and size that would meet our needs. Linda, our sales person, did a great job of showing us the various remnants and didn't pressure us at all. That's my kind of sales person. We chose a piece and, also contracted the installation with Spanky's. </p> <p>Rob and Warren, the installers, showed up on time and did an excellent job. They were efficient, professional, friendly and it was obvious they were very skilled in their craft. They didn't mind my watching throughout the process. They kept a very clean work area, and worked as a team very well. My wife and I are both thoroughly satisfied with every aspect of the experience.</p> <p>We will shop at Spanky's again, and we will likely buy from them in the future.</p> <br />

Linda found me quality carpet at a good price (includes free padding). The carpet is for a rental, so I purchased berber carpet that should last. The installers did a great job as well. I hadn't quite finished scraping up the nails from removing the carpet, so they helped me finish the job. They were very thorough, and I am extremely satisfied with the end result! <br />

I received a quote and got a great deal on premium carpet installed. It was not the cheapest estimate, but they had many more in-stock options than at the big box store. The installation crew was timely, polite and very professional. I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family. <br />

Kevin O'Brien came back to the house to drop off additional samples in advance of the install, he was really attentive to detail. Punctual and professional as hoped, I would do business with them again without any reservation. <br />

I needed three rooms of carpet for new tenants so I went to Spanky's. At first the place was a bit confusing but Linda, the sales person, helped me out. Pick a price point and see if there is enough on the giant remnant rolls for what you need. She did all the math. I found what I needed at a good price. No extras for padding or tack strips. The installers were pleasant and left nothing behind. Next time I need carpet I'll head straight to Spanky's.

They have great prices. They were very cooperative and the installers were here when they said they were going to be. It was a great experience. They did a great job installing the carpet and they cleaned up after themselves. They even vacuumed the carpet after they had done installing it. It was really so easy to deal with. They give good customer services and they are very professional.

I buy all my carpet from Spanky's. I would recommend you to talk to Joe. Since 1990 we have bought all our carpet from Joe. They give us a good deal. It is excellent carpet. All the installers are very good and know their job.

Flooring installed on the exact date we needed. Immediate response & sent out a worker a week later when we noticed a air register was covered and we had a little issue with a laminate piece. They took care of it no questions and very quickly.

They were prompt; they were very professional; they were very courteous, and they were the best priced. They were very trustworthy, and I had no complaints with the job, there were no surprises.
