Ask for blinds to be vacuumed did not do. Did not clean ceramic tile on the bathroom.

The ladies were very professional and respectful. They did a great job of cleaning, and went above and beyond what I expected. I was very satisfied with the job.

I hired Wilma to clean my house. And when she left there was dirt pushed in the corners where she did not sweep. She never went into any of the bedrooms in my home nor did she clean my bathrooms. She gave me a quote for 3 beds/2 1/2 baths. She mopped over dirt in the living room and kitchen leaving a bigger mess than was there to begin with. When asked why she did not complete the job discussed and already paid for she told me that doing bathrooms, counters, mirrors, toilets, showers, and bedrooms were considered deep cleaning, when the website clearly states that basic cleaning includes all of those things. Then she told me that she did not go in the bedrooms because the doors were shut. When in fact I sent her a picture that she sent me of the wall by my bedroom door showed my door was open. She told me she would come back the next morning at 9:00 to finish the job that she was already paid for. She never showed up and would not answer calls or texts that were sent to her. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.......
