"Geez. We didn't clean her windows in 2014 and have never worked with Groupon. But whatever, all I can say if you're reading this and you're a normal person - every once in awhile you run into someone who is totally out there, unreasonable and has no desire in having a conversation and figuring out how to solve an issue or what the issue even is. This lady is one of those people. We've had a handful of real issues in the 4+ years we have been doing business and we've resolved all of them, this is not something that we have responsibility for."
