They tossed out all of my clothes pots pans dishes

"Client failed to mention this home was considered a hoarder clean out. This home was full of bed bugs and cockroaches. He specifically hired us to do the tossing. We also bought him a new mattress at our expense, sheets, comforter, over 100.00 worth of adult sanitary briefs and even brought a hot meal. Did not toss clothes they were bagged and client was to wash them, however dishes were covered in cockroach feces and not safe to keep. We charged this client 3500.00 less than we would ever charge anyone for this bio hazard service simply because we felt bad for him. We felt someone needed to care and help this man so he could have his nurse come in his home again. We also allowed him to make payments which we never do. We also ordered new pots and pans that haven’t come yet. The before and after pictures are absolutely amazing. This was a studio apartment and took 3 people 8 hours to do. (2.5 extra hours of driving on top of the 8 to go get a new mattress and other items to help the client). The new pots and pans are set to be here today or tomorrow as well as several other items the client needed that I ordered out of care for this man. With labor and materials and items given to the client this job netted a profit of 26.00."
