<p>There were two of them, a man and a woman. The woman did her part of the job which was the kitchen, bathroom and scrubbing down. She always did her work very well so I have her an A. But the man who did the sweeping and dusting was not so thorough. He work was quite satisfactory; his was rushed and not thorough. Before I used them again I would talk to them about what my concerns were. I would try them again but I would let them know just what I have in mind. I believe they are trying hard and working hard. I saw some recent reviews for them online and some of them were not very good ones for them. I would just want to be a little more encouraging for them ex especially if they are new in business and trying to balance a tough schedule. </p>

<p>This was a $69 big deal purchase for three hours of housecleaning. It went okay; they came three times and were efficient and pleasant. They seemed to run a little late or leave a little early. They just seemed to be rushed either with traffic or getting to the next job. But the work they did was satisfactory. They came that morning after I purchased the first deal or the next morning and did two $69 sessions, one upstairs and one downstairs. Then they came once, maybe several weeks later to do kind of a catchup. They were not as thorough as the first time. I contacted them again by email through Angie's List recently but have not heard back from them. </p>

I was hesitant to write a negative review which is why it has taken me so long to do so, but it is important to share this information. I have never had anyone clean my house, but I saw the Amazing deal for $59 for three hours of cleaning and decided to give it a try. The cleaners, a husband and wife, showed up and cleaned our three bathrooms nicely. While in our master bath, they must have dropped my scale because it was broken in pieces when I got home and is not fixable. My son was at the house and they did not mention the scale to him. They then quickly mopped the kitchen floor. At this point they had been in the house for less than an hour. I left a list of a few more things to do if they had time and my son showed them the list. Instead, they handed him a card and left. What a disappointment.

They (husband and wife team) arrived at my home on time and proceeded to give it a very deep clean. Since returning to work after baby it has been hard to keep up with all the housework and they really saved me on this one. They cleaned all the blinds and windowsills (I was starting to think that would never get done). They deep cleaned the refrigerator, oven and sink (looked better than when we bought the house). They were so sweet and started on the upstairs so my baby could nap while they cleaned the downstairs. I would definitely love to have them come again, scheduling was a little tricky but the service was worth the run around :) <br /> <br />: <br />

We moved out of our house and we were trying to sell it. So the house was completely empty. We had already had it cleaned. We were thinking if they could do the fridge and cabinets and all the stuff that when people come and look at a house to buy, it would be nice if that was all clean. Because it said "custom" that's what we were thinking. But then when they got here, they said, "Oh no, it's just a regular cleaning," which had already been done. So, it didn't work out that well for us. They did clean the fridge and they said that that was normally extra but they would do that for us. There was no additional cost. Their cleaning was okay.

It was necessary to reschedule the original appt. but the delay was worth it. They were prompt, thorough, neat and in no rush to move on. <br />

So the first time I scheduled them they did now show up. I left work early and picked up my son from daycare to make sure I could let them in the house and no one showed up. I called a few times but their answering service is in Spanish, which I am not fluent in. I had to contact them through Angie's list to reschedule. They showed up 30 minutes late for the rescheduled appointment . Once they were in the house they were very nice and did a great job cleaning. I the most frustrating part was scheduling and wasting time waiting for them. <br /> I would ask them for a cell phone number or something if you are scheduling an appointment so you can get in touch with them or even call the day of the appointment to make sure they are coming. <br />

Not well.....I called to confirm the appt. & they cancelled. Had I not called I know it would have been a no call no show. <br /> The appt. was made weeks in advance. <br /> Nice people once they got rescheduled....work was average at best. <br /> Not sure how they received a ' A' rating <br />

They did a fine job. We ended up paying a little bit more because they stayed to finish some work. We paid about $100 more. The price was kind of high. They should have been a little bit more upfront that there was going to be some additional payment if they stayed longer.
