They were not able to handle this type of service. They couldn't figure anything out within the two hours. It seems like they are meant for smaller jobs.

I had a three way switch that was miswired at some point and they rewired it. It took two and a half hours to figure out what was wrong. My house was 100 years old but it took forever. I felt that he was late and he had to reschedule and he could have been a little bit more professional and got the job done a lot quicker. I asked him to mount a light and he did not do a great job, I had to get up there and mount it.

Prompt and courteous. Completed the job with no issues. <br />

Went very well.  Quality was good overall - this was a utility room, so attention to detail was not paramount.  Service was performed to my satisfaction, and completed in a timely manner. <br />

Sparky's kind of a large fellow, he's an electrician, he came looking like an electrician and did exactly what I asked him to do and that was fine.

Had trouble identifying that the switch was a 3-way and thus wasted most of the time diagnosing the problem.  I bought 2 hours worth of work and expected 2 simple projects to be completed, but only one was done during the period.  Yes, it took 2 hours to replace one outlet. <br />

I liked the guy- he was nice enough. He was very personable, and seemed hard working. He however forgot to ground it and left. I had to call him right a way. They wanted him to check the hot tub and see that it was open for the season because we had a big party coming up over the annual festival here. He tweaked it and checked it all out, re- wired it and left it ungrounded. So in the middle of the party, my daughter mentioned that whenever she is getting in the tub, she gets a spark as she leaves the steps to get in to the water. With that happening, life could have been lost!

Not well.  He drilled a hole into my house with measuring, thus he did not go far enough in from the corner of the house and accomplished nothing more than putting a hole in my foundation.  He filled the hole with black plumbers putty and assumed this would be an acceptable fix.   Finally completed job after 4 hours, of which only 1 hour was needed for the actual job, then wanted to charge me for the time he spent drilling into my house.  The wire should have been run under my deck, but instead he nailed it to my forever wood deck steps.

Scheduling was good and he arrived on time to the appointment. There were no additional costs beyond the price of the deal. There were some minor mistakes with the installation. There was a piece missing and the pulls were put on backwards and he corrected them right away. The fan was working just as we expected when he was finished.  Everything worked out just fine overall.

OK, I would say. Purchased a bid deal for $99. We had a real hard time getting the scheduling setup. He didn't show up for the first two meetings that we had scheduled so I wasn't too thrilled about that but then he was eventually able to turn up, he cam out and got it set up.

It was okay. Once I called him, he came quickly. There were additional charges. He broke up the wall and that never got fixed. He did the electrical stuff. He did what I wanted him to do. They were just average. They adequately did what I wanted them to do. He broke the wall and I didn't like that. He didn't even say anything. He came right away when I called him.

<p>Tim arrived promptly.  Went right to work.  He was very pleasant and professional.  He did a great job.  The only thing I have to comment negatively about was that I had paid for two hours of electrical work.  When he was done with the outside outlet, I asked him if he had time to look at the garage switch.  He said he did.  I should have made myself more clear as I meant with the time left on the 2 hours I purchased.  He finished the garage switch and said I owed him another $80.00 which I paid him.</p> <p>If you buy this deal, be sure and watch the clock so you don't end up paying extra.</p> <br />

Went very well and I plan to call again to have a chandelier replaced. <br /> He was pleasant, knowledgable and thorough. <br />

Great---willing to figure out a route for the new line.  The only prob was breaking the sheet rock off above the electrical panel and not telling me about it.--- noticed it afterwards.  But overall excellent work, prompt, knowledgeable. <br />

He was capable and very accommodating to taking on the projects most important to me.  I would certainly ask him back again. <br />

The replacement of the kitchen light fixture involved disassembly of the inoperative fixture and using identical replacement parts. However the reassembly did not go well and we still have an inoperative light fixture which was the major concern we wanted to correct. <br />
