They arrived on time, were very friendly and professional. Did a walk through and reviewed preliminary phone quote. With some slight modification of initial scope, the quote was adjusted and approved. Work was done within a reasonable timeline. Results were very good. We appreciated the care taken to do a good job including detailed explanation of process, drying time, etc. We would recommend them and use them again.

Sparrow did an outstanding job on my carpets! They came in, while I was away, and with little direction, took care of the pet odor and stubborn stains I've been trying to get rid of for years. They were very easy to work with and the price can't be beat. I would highly recommend them to anyone who asks.

Brilliant. Everything about working with Sparrow and Celso was top class. Their estimate was lower than the competitor, they came within a few days, and cleaned two upholstered chairs very well. Celso was very polite and explained how the whole process works and the likelihood of getting the stains out. They worked for a while on the chairs and did a great job. Took the carpet away and delivered it back after 10 days. The office was great in communicating, the guys who came back with the carpet were very polite, helped me lay it back, moved some furniture. I am really happy i found these guys on Angie's list and with their service. This is how it is supposed to work!!

Sparrow is excellent! They contacted me the same day I bought my deal to schedule my service and had an opening that same week. They arrived on time, did an amazing job cleaning my sofa and even removed an old stain that they noticed on my rug, free of charge. They really went above and beyond and I'll definitely be hiring them!

It went very well. The owner was courteous and explained everything that could and could not be accomplished. After the work had been completed, once again the owner showed me the work that he did and went into details. The workers cleaned up after they finished I had used Sparrow once before and this was the second time he came to my home. I highly recommend the company.

They left no stains. About two workers sometimes three workers come out. It may take about ninety minutes. Sometimes they have to take a rug away and clean it offsite.

I had a very good experience with them. I think they did a wonderful job, but I haven't actually seen the carpet. They seemed very professional and very good and did everything exactly on time like they said they would. <br /> <br /> I would have to give them an A but then again I haven't seen the carpet. They are very easy to work with, they showed up when they said they would, if not a little early. They were cooperative, businesslike and quick. <br /> <br /> Considering they picked up and dropped off, I was very pleased with the price. I'm assuming they did a good job since I haven't seen it so I can't grade the quality yet.

They did a good job. It was a couple of days later. They were okay. The job was satisfactory. I would use them again. They were okay. They were pretty good. Price was good. They were pretty responsive. They were on time. There was nothing that I could really complain about. They did the job.

I wasn't impressed. They didn't clean the carpet well and seemed to rush. Maybe was because I had a coupon. Not very happy with the job.
