Great from start. Arnold is great to deal with in salesroom. Roland measured & explained how the job would be done, Jamie laid the floor and baseboard. Done in 2 days. Jamie really talented and kept me updated via text throughout process. Baseboards are especially nice. He does beautiful rounded corners. Very custom looking. Love the Vinyl Plank Floors from Shaw.

Great. We worked with David who was great to work with. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and very personable. I enjoyed working with him and Specialized Flooring. If we needed more flooring, I'd go to them in a minute. I highly recommend them. The only thing I can say that's negative, BUT no fault of Specialized Flooring, is that sort of work makes a whale of a lot of dust. :)

Outstanding.

Finished product was very good. The problems with the project were basically related to keeping scheduled appointments and punctuality. The project was scheduled 2-3 months in advance, but the project didn't start or finish on time. There were empty promises.

O.K. They didn't seal the grout, but I was fortunate enough for them to give me a couple of cans of sealer so I could do it myself.

Whereas I like the carpet and flooring, the new baseboards were painted (not a good job) by an unlicensed contractor they subcontracted with. They did credit me $100 however, I was stuck with the mess. We had called after we signed the contract and asked to replace the baseboards in the room that they put the new carpet in. They did not follow through and said we never called to add that to the order. Being out of town during installation, we had no idea things were not going exactly as we planned. I feel the owner and staff are rather condescending. They had an excuse for everything. It was a frustrating experience.

The house is beautiful! The tile guys are artists -made a ugly shower and floor look absolutely beautiful. We had to redo all of the flooring in the entire house plus all of the carpet. Changed the percentage of tile vs carpet and they were able to suggest a layout that is really nice.

Everything went FANTASTIC. The workers are truly artists. Our floor was 20 x 20 tile laid diagonally. Looks absolutely beautiful - much better than I could imagine. Entire home was tiled except for the master bedroom. New molding was also put down. That also looks fantastic. Shower, toilet, flooring and tub ripped out and replaced.

Outstanding! Speciality flooring made this project a great experience. We replaced all our carpeted area with tile.

It started with meeting Roland at showroom for consultation . We proceeded to choose carpet and tile for our home and Roland and his staff were very informative and knowledgeable ! We scheduled install fo 4/04/2016 on Monday and project was done in a timely and professional manner by Friday like that said they would ! We are extremely happy with end results and would recommend Roland and his staff anytime !

The work took place in the hallway, 2 closets and the front room, 250 sq ft total. These guys were fantastic, knowledgeable, careful and thorough.  They scraped the old glue off so the thin-set would adhere better.  They were hard workers, amiable and neat in the placement of the porcelain planks.  They completely cleaned up after each day.  The job turned out fantastic, couldn't ask for anything better.  Thanks guys! <br />

I got several quotes to lay porcelain wood look tile throughout my home and I went with specialized because their prices are great and Rolando and crew are hands down great guys. We had 1K sf of existing tile to demo and 1400sf of 6x36 porcelain planks to lay down. Their crew is super detailed, friendly, and clean up after themselves every night. They definitely have pride in their work and it shows in the details. The job took a little longer than expected because the floor was a bit uneven but they didn't compromise on quality. I've been raving about them to anyone who will listen and have so many compliments on my floors. Hands down would recommend to anyone needing floors done! <br />

<p>Installers arrived in a timely manner, worked quickly and efficiently.  They moved furniture without incident and cleaned up at the end of each workday.  The owner, (Roland) led the project and was always available for follow-up questions.  He went above and beyond my expectations!  </p> <p>I am so happy with my new flooring.  It is absolutely gorgeous!</p>

Excellent job! Top notch from start to finish! Honestly I had already made my flooring choices and was only interested in an installer. Rolando came out with samples for an estimate. Based on our conversation he had brought a small hand full of samples. Sure enough one that he brought was much nicer then the one I had originally selected. He gave me a great price on the tile and carpeting. (Very competitive). He was flexible with a start date and the installers were on time, professional and serious about their craft. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy! No regrets at all! I would highly recommend Rolando and his team! First class all the way! I'm getting rave reviews from everyone that sees my flooring! Btw I'm not easy to please and I am rarely satisfies with service these days but they surpassed all my expectations.

Starting with being on time for our estimate, they never let us down. They made sure that all the materials were At their store prior to starting our job and were on time everyday until my job was completed. Other than seeing the new tile in place you could never tell that they had been there, they left our home so clean! <br />

<p>Overall they did pretty good.  The work around the baseboards was excellent.  They got very sloppy with the grout.  The color of the grout and the tile is similar and they left grout on the tile in many areas - I'm not talking about grout haze, but actual grout slathered on to the tile.</p> <p>Also, I couldn't effectively communicate with the people who were on the job as none of them spoke English.</p> <br />

Everything went smoothly when I? selected and placed the order for my new carpet.? Arnold is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional.? He was a great help to me in selecting a beautiful carpet.? After the carpet arrived in Phoenix, everything went? well.? The carpet is excellent and the installers were professional and? fast in tearing out the old and installing the new carpet. However, getting the carpet to Phoenix was a challenge.?The problem was not with Specialized Flooring, but with the supplier, who made errors in processing the order, delaying the arrival of the carpet, creating confusion and frustration for everyone.?Adding to the frustration was the supplier's apparent lack of desire to expedite the corrections of their mistakes to ensure delivery of the carpet.??Arnold was? wonderful getting the problems resolved and he kept me informed every step of the way.??He went the "extra mile" in customer service, demonstrating to me that he valued me as a customer.? I strongly recommend Specialized Flooring for your flooring needs.
