Hi my name is Cruz Franco and I am owner of Specialized Hardwood Floors. I've been in the flooring trade for 18 years and have trained all my guys personally to do the job the RIGHT way. All estimating and help with selection of product and subfloor was timely and effective. Removal, installation and clean up of the interior two rooms went very well. Lead and crew were very hard working and professional; they completed the work in one day (ahead of schedule). Only small snag was that follow up was required to have the old flooring debris removed timely from the property.

Cruz and his team worked tirelessly to meet my deadline. They even pulled two all-nighters! We would have finished on time, too, but ran out of material and I had to order more. After the additional flooring arrived he came by one evening and finished - it looks great and they were very professional. Even took time to teach me some things about installing flooring.
