HORRIBLE! Please save yourself and don't use this company. I requested 3 movers @ $120 an hour because I wanted to get moved fast and not take all day. I was working with Tanya and she set my time at 9-10 am. It was 10 am and I hadn't received a call. I called them and Tanya informed me that their truck broke down and would be two hours. Unbelievable. Tanya was completely unprofessional and even told me not to speak over her! So we waited and ran errands. Another two hours passed and not one word. Called again and Tanya was rude and said she was Sales and not Operations! I asked why I was talking to her! She needed to get me to the person who could help me! Someone named Michael called and said he would be there within the hour. My daughter had to step in because I was completely stressed! My daughter asked that if anymore changes that he please call. He never came and never called. Somehow we finally spoke to a Leo, don't know if he's the Owner or Manager but he advised that he rerouted Michael because he was too far from us. My daughter went around and around with him. I kept asking for the bottom line, when would they come?! Finally, at 2:30 we received 2 movers! 2 movers normally cost $85 an hour, they gave me a $5 break after being told to expect 3 movers at 9-10 that morning! They didn't finish moving me until 6:30 that night. I don't blame the actual movers but this Company is horrible! Tanya lied that they use Veterans and that the Movers are not Contract that they are part Owners in the Company so they care about the Company. All lies after speaking with the Movers. One of the Movers owned the truck he was using. I never received a phone call during the move or after, after having been treated so badly. I have never had this experience before with a moving Company. Save yourself the stress.

Really good the best I"ve ever used.

They came quickly since another moving company cancelled last minute. They were very transparent about the price. The only issue I had was they had to disassemble and reassemble a bed for me which they didn't reassemble it correctly but other than that they did good work. I was happy with their work.

IT WENT JUST PERFECT!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. LESLIE IN THE OFFICE WAS THE BEST & THE GUYS THAT CAME TO MOVE ME WERE SO NICE, SO PROFESSIONAL, ON TIME, & WORKED SO HARD TO GET ME MOVED. THEY WERE EXTREMELY HELPFUL WITH WHATEVER I ASKED THEM TO DO WITH SMILES ON THEIR FACES. BEST MOVE EVER!!!
