The company was amazing. I had purchased an Angie's List "deal" over a year ago, and frankly forgot about it. I was getting ready to put my house on the market, and realized I needed to have some painting done, and that triggered the memory of purchasing the deal. I thought for sure they'd give me a hard time about waiting so long - but they didn't even flinch! They worked with me and were able to schedule the painting very quickly. The painters came when they said they'd come (an amazing feat!) and they were even promptly on-time (also an amazing feat!). They did a great job (and I'm very, very picky), and cleaned the two bathrooms, leaving no mess at all, anywhere. It was an amazing experience. <br />

From the point that my wife and I received a professional and detailed briefing from Ms Woodley until the job was completed, Spectacular Painting did a excellent job! We requested 4 rooms and 2 hallways painted. The job was scheduled for 2 days. On the first day, the workers showed up on time and completed all requests in less than the time allotted. They were completely professional and serious about the job. There was no goofing off. Strictly work, which is unfortunately not the norm these days. At the completion of the first day, they cleaned and set up for the following day. The second day, they showed up on time and completed all tasks as expected and put our house back in order. Overall, it was a good experience and my wife and I are extremely happy with the service provided. <br />

The team from Spectacular Painting was Spectacular! Every step of the process from the time I contacted them was handled so professionally. They worked with my schedule to get the work done within a week and I am thrilled with the results. I cannot say enough about how diligent and professional the team they sent to my house was. They were quiet and efficient and cleaned everything up when they finished, replacing my furniture and removing all the debris. I had hoped for those things but what I wasn't expecting was how pleasant and polite the team was and how they treated my home with the care that they would treat their own. Highly recommended! We will be using them again, very soon!! <br />

The additional costs were very reasonable. The job was completed in less than a week between periods of rainy days. Cleanup was perfect. They are extremely professional. I felt that they went the extra mile in everything. It was so well done, much more than with your average painters. They really went out of their way to cover everything and ensure it was done right the first time. My experience with them was great! I have already used them three more times since this job.

They did a good job. I bought the big deal and couldn't use it at the time. I can't remember what happened, I was traveling or something. They actually kept up with me to try to find a good time. From what I remember, they did a really good job. When they did come out, they were really good. I was very happy with the work that I would definitely without question recommend them and use them again. I think I had to pay more because I had waited so long but that was my fault and it has expired. I didn't have a problem with that. The value was absolutely there for what I paid. I think I paid another $100 and then I had to pay for the paint which I knew I would have to do and that was about $150. They were really good. At the time that they were working, they were very quiet, very considerate and did a super job. Sometimes you just have to hold you ground and negotiate a little bit.

Spectacular painting is truly a wonderful company. Tia provided first class customer service assuring me of my uneasiness through the entire process. I changed my dates several times and not once did they treat me as if I was bothering or annoyed them. I have not had any painting done since we moved in!!! This was the absolute best service and work I have had seen in a long time. Armando's team took our oil-painted woodwork almost down to the actual wood before repainting with latex. They PREPPED for almost 4 days. and we all know it's ALL about the prep. Our woodwork looks so phenomenal. It is smooth as silk and perfect.!!! And this is a 20 year old house!!! Their crew were careful, polite and extremely HARDWORKING!!! This is the ONLY painting company we will ever use in the future. <br />

The painters were great and very courteous. I?ve used them in the past for a smaller project and kept their number. They worked quickly and neatly to get my last minute project completed before my sister came to visit me. I have a small place, but the colors and faux finish they recommended are totally my style. Excellent work! <br />

I was not happy with the quality and I was not happy with the price. Their price was very high. They missed some detailed areas. Someone with a price that high should have caught the detailed area but they did not. However, I had a pleasant interaction with the provider, they were very professional and punctual. I spent more that the big deal. After several phone calls, we were able to agree on a date and they came out when they said they would.

"Hi There, Although we appreciate your stating that your interactions with us were great and gave us high scores in these areas, we were surprised to notice that you were not happy with the service considering our walk through at the end of the project, your timely payment and satisfactory confirmed upon our follow up call. We regret that in all of our positive interactions, you were aware that if there was any concern, you could have contacted us and we would have addressed it immediately. I tried calling you a few moments ago and spoke with your wife who advised us that you did not wish to speak with us. This was also quite a surprise as we had had pleasant interactions and you had left our yard sign We also noticed a huge discrepancy in the price that you paid. You purchased an interior deal for $1499 and we added quite a bit more space in some taller areas, trim and some drywall repairs where you wanted to remove mirrors...all for a total of $2361 and not the $5000 you listed. Are you sure you wrote the review on the right company? I recall we had looked at some other work in your home in several areas and in the master bathroom that you stated you were not happy with that was completed by some other contractors.
