Chris came over explained that I needed an interior door, as well as storm door. Very friendly, but never arrived at the time he stated, nor did he call/leave a text that he would be later than he planned - usually an hour or more. He did the install of both doors. I have all the same issues I had before, which he said would be fixed and then some. Left a gap on bottom of storm door, allowing cold air in. Interior door he supplied was damaged and the wrong color, so now dents need to be repaired & it requires to be painted. Trim replaced around the interior door was not flush to the wall & air comes through. I sent multiple messages to him about coming back to fix the problems, with no response. I now have worse frost issues when it's cold that he promised would be gone. Now, I'm stuck with trying to find someone to fix his mistakes. I'm extremely upset as I went through Angi and thought I would get an honest and competent person to do the job for which we paid. Mike E

Chris Jones was absolutely fantastic. Prompt responses, thorough explanations. Came to diagnose my electrical issue and was able to fix it that same day by replacing two very reasonably priced parts. Done within an hour. Will absolutely hire him again!!

The work was not completed. The work done was ok but it took several weeks because it was done. Commitments to do the work were not upheld. Communication was poor. Do not pay in full until the work is satisfactorily completed.

Best experience I’ve had in a long time

Chris is friendly and professional, but he didn’t know what he was doing but acted like he did and wasted out time and money. We hired him to install electrical for a hot tub, we ended up missing several necessary components that were included in the manual but not installed. He then wanted to charge us nearly the same price to come and correct his work. When another electrician came out it was clear that the work is subpar. He was fairly responsive but was several hours late on the day of the work.

Very happy with the quality of work! Will use again and recommend to friends.

Chris is a joke. He canceled and rescheduled appointment once without notice. 2 days later he showed up an hour late, didn't know how to change the thermostat and told he he'd come next day with his partner. Next day he never showed up or never called. After numerous tries to reach him an hour after the scheduled appointment, he said he can't come and to go with another service. He left my wall damaged, old thermostat yanked out of wall and wall damaged as well as furnace covers not fixed. Extremely unprofessional.
