Spectrum Painting Inc.449

These men are very hospitable, and make sure everything is done correctly, if not, they take it apart and put it back the right way. If I remember other things I need done, all I have to do is ask and they do it. This is the second time I've used them and they will now be my forever handymen.

Originally the job was to fish a new HDMI cord through the wall, hang a ceiling fan, and mount a TV over the fireplace (quoted $150). The scheduled time of service was changed multiple times on their end. Upon arrival and inspection, all that could be done at the time was reposition the mount that was already on the wall. My tools were used because the tools they had were inadequate, and they were on a time constraint needing to leave by a certain time. Then, I was charged $100.....to unscrew and rescrew something into a wall. After speaking with the owner, he assured I'd be refunded money to make it right. Understanding and appreciated. Only, how convenient that the owner is no longer returning my messages? Lack of communication and lack of professionalism in my opinion - I'm all for paying for the services I receive but fully feel I was taken advantage of.

Very horrible

Hired said company on 6/13/2020 to pressure wash my home. Notified owner on 6/15/2020 that solution left a cloudy film/residue on windows and he assured that he will resolve but never did. On 6/29/2020, I contracted same company for painting interior and minor exterior and garbage disposal replacement. Over the course of the work days, several issues came up that were addressed at the time such as areas being painted that shouldn't have but we got past that. Fast forward, job was completed on 7/1/2020. In a haste to get to another job, the owner told me to look everything over and if I have any concerns to reach out to him. Notified owner on 7/2/2020 about walls being streaked and he said he would take care of it. In another message, informed owner that nail pops and front door trim was not painted and each time I was assured that he will be by to address my concerns. After several texts to the owner he has yet to return and address my concerns or offer a refund for the job. My floor flooded several times as well only later to determine that he failed to remove the drain plug from the garage disposal. As of this date, I have not heard back from the owner with my last text to him on 8/10/2020 with no response and certified letter being returned as MOVED LEFT NO FORWARDING ADDRESS.

Great work, and professional.

They did an AWESOME job! The crew was professional and on time. They did a beautiful job!

They were hired to hang a 65 in TV over my fireplace. They took care not to damage my new floor or paint job. Since the screws werd too big, they went to Lowes and bought the correct screws then hung the TV. While they were here, i asked them to fix a kitchen light. They priced the job at $80. I gave them $100 plus tips. Very happy

Very professional and did a great job. Will recommend him to others.

Very poor in response. Job was done but not in timely manner. Always arrived late without communication to why. Problem with tools working. Work was done but not completed as per quoted

assemble table and chairs
