If I could have a negative star I would? this lady comes to my house and I was so excited as I?ve never had my house professionally cleaned before. I?m a momma of 2 littles so I was thrillllled with this decision! During the cleaning I was planning on focusing on playing with my babies finally and was so happy about that. The lady says ?this is my first time too? she comes in with nothing and says she was in the area so she took my cleaning. I told her no biggie I got supplies she can use! She starts wiping down counters and does a few things for 30 minutes then I take my babies outside to get out of her way but still at my house if she needs me. Mind you I was sitting at my house waiting for the 2 hours or until my husband came home to leave because we had a birthday party to go to. I walk in after the 2 hours and no one was to be found? she was just gone, didn?t clean anything just left :( I seriously had no idea what happened. I?m so frustrated! :( to add you can?t talk to a human!

Cassie was very competent and alert. She accomplished what was asked within the 2 hour time frame. We felt secure with her.

Very disappointing experience. My cleaning slot was scheduled from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., but I received no communication until I contacted the company around 2:00 p.m. asking for an estimated arrival time. They later told me the original cleaner?s car had broken down and that they were assigning someone else. The replacement cleaner finally arrived at 3:45 p.m. I was told the cleaner would bring all necessary supplies, but he arrived without a vacuum or mop. He then spent about 45 minutes buying a mop, and I was still charged for that time. In four hours, he only cleaned an empty garage, an empty basement, and a refrigerator. The garage and basement alone took about three hours, yet the cleaning quality was still poor. The service was extremely slow, unprepared, and poorly managed. I would not recommend this company and will not use them again.

Diana G. was amazing! If you can, request her. Quickest move-out deep clean I’ve had, and I’ve had many. This one’s the best yet. She cleaned EVERYTHING; we made it a shared goal that by the end, the apartment is up to security-deposit-return condition. And it is. Took about the full 2 hours, stayed on budget, and she went over the top to provide a beautiful clean. Any discolorations on the walls in my photos are putty drying over holes in the walls. 10/10, will be calling Diana again for future service at my new place. Extremely satisfied.

I hired Speedy Cleans for a one time in home cleaning! They were so fast and professional with everything they did. I will choose speedy solutions for anything I need done!

I didn't book them from my specific home in general to clean up my home but I booked them to clean them my mom home and they did an excellent service and I will definitely reach out to them again to do any more work if we have a get together or even need house cleaning around the house my mom's up at age and they came through and did the job excellent for her I would definitely recommend you guys booking with them please
