I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the cleaning service I received today and need this issue escalated immediately. My original appointment window was scheduled between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. However, the cleaner did not arrive until approximately 12:22 p.m. Despite arriving late, the cleaner remained at my home until around 4:30 p.m., and the overwhelming majority of the work was either incomplete or not done at all. While Sean was respectful and had great customer service in terms of attitude and communication, the actual cleaning quality was completely unacceptable. After several hours inside my home, the following areas were still left untouched or improperly cleaned: - Windows were not cleaned - Baseboards were not cleaned - Oven was not cleaned - Refrigerator was not cleaned - Floors were not fully mopped - Tables were not wiped down - The second bathroom was not cleaned at all - The bedrooms were not cleaned at all To be direct, the condition of my home after the service does not reflect a professional cleaning whatsoever. I have multiple photos and proof documenting the lack of work completed. What makes this even more frustrating is that I was then informed someone else would need to come back out between 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to address these issues. At this point, this situation has completely disrupted my entire day and evening schedule. I planned my day around this appointment, and instead of receiving the service I paid for, I have now spent the entire day dealing with delays, incomplete work, and the inconvenience of having to wait for another visit. Because of the poor quality of service, the lateness, the incomplete cleaning, and the major inconvenience caused, I do not believe I should be charged for this service. This experience has been extremely disappointing and stressful, and I expect this matter to be handled appropriately and professionally.

The quality of service provided was extremely disappointing. Additionally, the customer service representative, Hailey, demonstrated a level of professionalism that fell well below expectations. Overall, the experience did not meet even basic standards, and I am confident I can maintain my home to a higher standard independently. As such, I will not be utilizing their services again. I recommend removing this company from your list, as it does not reflect the quality expected of a 4.0-star provider.

I Hired them to clean my house they had amazing customer service and a very tremendous work ethic. Plus the organization of their cleaning was amazing and they work very fast.

Not only did they get it done efficiently they had my home absolutely sparkling in just a few hours at the best price. I won't use anyone else from now on and I will be calling them at least monthly now after I thought it was just a one time thing. They're the best!!!

I was surprised at how fast and reliable they were. Easy process from start to finish. I have had other companies come clean my home but their cleaner went above and beyond of what was expected. Very clean and professional!

My experience was extremely wonderful they was fast with it made my home feel like home again. The cleaning staff used scented cleaner supplies and i really love it

Overall, I was satisfied with the results, and I contacted and booked them to come back and do some additional cleaning in the Sanctuary. I contacted Speedy Solutions, after you gave me the info. I booked them to come out on Wednesday, 2026Mar25. They sent me an agreement for $150 for 2 hours minimum. And said the oven should take about 2 hours or the technician would decide if it would take longer before they start. They sent me an authorization form, for my permission to allow them to charge, $154.50 in advance, to my credit card that they had on file. However: they did not show up on Wednesday, as I waited for them. So after 30 minutes, I called and they said the technician had some issues and maybe we can schedule for tomorrow, 2026Mar26. Thursday morning, the technican arrived 30 min early and after I arrived at we enter the Church about 11:45am, we walked around in the kitchen and took pictures. I asked her do you see anything else that needs clean, and she said, its pretty clean. I then left the Kitchen and when to practise in the Santuary. Then I received a call from another technician who said they were outside. And I told them that another technician is already here, but I will come out side to meet her. When we entered the kitchen, the other first technician was not there and had gone to buy additional supplies. When she arrived, they called the office to explain the double booking of tech's. The tech's were told that they could divide and concur and finish quicker. I asked is it going to cost me more money and they both said it shouldn't. At 1:50 pm, I returned to the Kitchen, where I saw the first tech sweeping the floor and the second tech texting on her phone. The oven cleaned and I was very pleased. They did a nice job. And I thanked them. They sent me a final receipt. I then called them to book them to do some additional work for us in the Sanctuary. A couple of days later, I checked my Credit card statement, and noticed and additional $328.57 charged to me from Speedyclean at 2:30am on 2026Mar26. The next day I called Speedyclean and inquired about the additional charges. They told me that there were 2 techs on the job and it took 2 hours. I told them that I asked on site, would it cost more money and they said no. I also asked, why didn't they notifiy me and send another agreement about the new charges, they said they discussed it with the management and will give me and hour credit on my next job. After I reviewed my credit card statment again, I saw that they have taken the original $154.50 plus another $328.57 = $483.07 or ($483/$75) = 6.44 hrs. If they couldn't finish the job in 2 hrs, why didn't they call, text or email me in advance or in progress. They arrived an 12:45 pm and left at 2:00 pm which is 2 hr and 15 min., not 6.44 hour. If they were trying to do the right thing, they could have at least , returned the $154.50 dollars. I was all set to give these guys 5 stars. I never liked paying for a job before it done. But I blindly trusted these guys. Please make this right for my Church.
