Run away from this company. They are horrible. They will not answer your call after they ruin your apartment. Was scheduled to have my move out clean done today so I can turn in my apartment. Not only were they a half hour late and were done an hour later, an hour and a half of my time wasted but they left broken glass all over my unit, my carpet, my floor, my counters, and my kitchen sink is clogged with glass. You cannot get a hold of anybody and now I cannot turn in my apartment because my entire sink is clogged with glass. They also took apart the refrigerator and left all the shelves out! Unbelievable!!!

I'd give zero stars if I could. Booked move out clean in Jacksonville FL. They're standard of "deep clean' was laughable, except when they tried to charge me a total of $450!! Argued with representatives when I could get them on the phone) and had to trick the supervisor into answering my phone call by blocking my number. They refunded me part of the money they STOLE, and now Im having to file disputes with my CC company to get the remainder back. Super shady company all around. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was by far the worst experience I've ever had with a house cleaning service. The problems started before the cleaning even began. The company did not honor the original price they quoted us, which was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. While the cleaner herself was friendly and polite, the quality of the cleaning was very disappointing. Our bed was left only half made, the bathroom counter wasn't even straightened up, and the rest of the house looked like it had been cleaned in a hurry rather than with any attention to detail. It simply did not look or feel like a professionally cleaned home. Overall, the service was nowhere near worth what we paid. Between the inaccurate quote and the poor quality of the cleaning, this was a complete disappointment. Needless to say, we will never use this cleaning service again, and I cannot recommend them to anyone looking for a thorough, professional cleaning.
