DONT use they are a SCAM!!!!! Slow workers don't clean then they falsely charge you! They told me they wouldn't refund me

They will charge you for more hours than you contracted and you CANNOT get the money back. Hired for 1 job which I needed done because I was injured and couldn't do it myself . The lady was supposed to be here for a minimum of 2 hours. She stayed 1 hr and 15 mins, then charged me for 3 hours. I contacted the company immediately, they emailed me and said the lady confirmed she was in site that long. I called and the customer service rep said that the maid had admitted she forgot to push the button when she left and that they were refunding me the money, but they needed me to prove she left when she did even thought he admitted she lied. A couple days later they refunded less than half of what I was owed. When I called they said they had GPS proof she was at my house for 3 hours, which is impossible. This company is criminal and will steal from you.

We ordered a deep clean for our first cleaning of our large well appointed home. They sent out to people for deep clean, a man and woman. Man brought ammonia, unknown to us. He spilled ammonia on our carpet and stripped hardwood floor in our dining room before we stopped him. The woman did a spotty half-assed job , We did not receive a deep clean, the house was permanently damaged. We are going after them for damages. They attempted to charge us an additional $300 but our bank stopped them and reversed the unathorized charges. These people are scam artists, fruadsters. They offered us $60.00 of free additional cleaning so they could come back and "win our trust". Avoid these fraudsters.

They scammed me! Do not use them! Ordered upholstery service- they didn't show up twice and on 3rd time didnt show up with necessary equipment. They then charged me $50 lock out fee! SCAMMERS!

This the worst company in the world and I never write reviews but this one got my attention after fraud and taking out money out of my account with unauthorized 2 times. What they did was cancel my contract without my authorization then charged me $250, after they made the mistake. No after 2 months they charged me again now even worse $383 on my card after they admitted they messed up. Called them and then they try say well we can credit you $250 for your next cleaning, after the fact they committed fraud, this company unbelievable and did this 2 times now!

I ordered an eco-friendly friendly cleaning service from the company. After the transaction, a spokesperson told me over the phone on the day before the cleaning that they do not provide non-toxic eco-friendly cleaning services to which I requested a cancellation and refund, they said I would have to speak with the manager. I attempted for many weeks to contact the manager for a refund since no services were provided and they lied to me about an eco-friendly service that I paid for. After speaking with the manager they refused to issue a refund per their policy and said the $300 credits can be used for future cleaning services but they will not be eco-friendly or non-toxic. I want a refund from this company since what I paid for (an eco-friendly non-toxic cleaning) is not what I am getting. This is considered bait-and-switch sales marketing and should be illegal.

DO NOT hire this company!! Gave them multiple chances to make up for a terrible home deep clean for my parents summer home and they failed every time. From canceling to having no one show up or call back to having the worst cleaning job I have ever seen! Ruined the dishwasher by putting dish soap in there. This ended up costing me money and time! Never again!

Absolutely awful cleaning and worse customer service. Switched days because of car trouble, which I understand happens, but still annoying (other reviews indicate this happens frequently with them). I was clear on how large my house was and exactly what needed to be done. After paying for 7 hours of cleaning and the cleaner calling me while at work (even though a list had already been sent), I came home to my house still dirty. I had instructed the cleaner to start with the bathrooms and do a deep clean. In 7 hours, floors were not touched, mirrors and counters were not touched, the shower was not washed, sinks were not washed. There was still dry toothpaste in my sons bathroom from earlier that morning. I had even told her she could use our Roomba for the few carpeted areas to save her time, but she did not even do that. My husband, who was working from home, offered her a tour of the house to get her started, but she declined. I came home from a long day at work excited to have a clean home in preparation for family coming into town for my grandfathes funeral. I was in tears upon seeing that nothing was touched. I sent a few pictures of the messes (including a cotton round that had fallen next to the trash can that morning that was not even picked up) and requested at least a partial refund. I was told that they would offer me an hour of cleaning to hit the spots she missed and because our home was so large she was not expected to get everything. First off, I requested a deep clean and was clear on the size of our home. If the company could not accommodate that, then why waste my time and money. Secondly, she literally did nothing! Did not move anything, wash anything, or even sweep. To offer an extra hour with my next clean is absurd. Why would I give your company another cent? After reading the other reviews here, it seems obvious that this company just scams hard working people out of their money.

First cleaner came left without saying anything and did not finish cleaning the house. Called customer service who was nice to deal with and said the girl had an emergency and they would send someone else the next day. I sent all of the places I could tell that were not cleaned by the first girl - the next day they only cleaned the master bedroom and bathroom and none of the other spots. There is clearly a lack of professionalism and communication with this company and I do not recommend them.

I asked them to do my house move out clean due to their high score in Google and Yelp. But I am wrong. They are not professional as they looked. I requested the clean service in my 1.5 stories bungalow. They are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 fridges. In more than 2 hours, the clean lady only vacuumed the cleanest two bedrooms (my husband vacuumed one room by himself before we left). After that, the lady left. The kitchen is still dirty. Paint is still on the floor. Everything looks the same after two hours clean. The clean lady said she saw bugs in the bathroom. But from the picture she sent to me, that is a mold beetle that is usually found in a bathroom. We had never seen it during the five years. google tells me that mold beetles is a healthy bug that does not spread disease or damage furnitures. It does not bite people either. I do not think the clean lady is professional. It does not worth 50 dollars an hour for the service. Here are the pictures after their clean
